every information must come in public domain because it is a public money afterall
why the present govt is not interested in investigation on black money inside the country which is several times times(estimated 10 times/year) more than black money outside india
Before opening and declaring the name of black money holder SIT chairman give chance to them by introducing Voluntary Declaration of Black money and ask them to pay 30% tax on them without any interest and penalty.... government will get money and also get tax on 70% amount by way interest earned by the black money holder

Are you sure that you can understand English well. If so, go through this report carefully. It says "the list includes..... given by FRance. The report never said it is an exclusive list given by France.

no, Actually ModiJi bought latest microscopes from Japan to find names "Gandhi" and "Nehru" in the list. Stopped taking interest when nothing found

Don't worry Yamla. Now the SC has given mandate to SC to deal with it. Soon you will come to know whether there are any Ganhis or Nehrus. By the way the Swiss Bank account late Sh Rajiv Gandhi was named after Lotus.

People need not expect any big names in the list as many powerful people must have already transferred the money from Swiss to some infamous small countries long ago. Notice, these powerful people often used to go abroad on the name of health grounds. But, no one knows where and and for what purpose they have gone really.
Could any body tel us, what new SC has done. What SC has ordered today, has already done in June by the government. Today SC has not opened the list submitted by the govt. but transfer to SIT and ordered that the chief of SIT will open this list. Whereas this list has already with SIT chief. Govt. was doing writ job on black money and progress was also seems ok. A responsible govt should not blame any account holder unless there is a sufficient proof of that that is a black money.
