“A welcome sign of moving forward from a state of impasse”- it may seem to be.But after disclosing three names,and the SC asking to give the entire list,the next day giving 627 names in a sealed envelope,and dragging the suspense over these names even now.,are we to be in the same old "waiting endlessly" for the truth state again.Moreover,there is a clear danger of the three named asking for the same consideration given to these 627,fortifying their case and weakening the whole issue in the guise of privacy rights, ensuing in the coming days. The whole issue of blackmoney is seemingly dramatized by each body without the needed serious& expeditious follow-up action to nail any wrong doers according to the existing laws of the country.
and that is one reasomn Modi never wanted to reveal the list ...now bjp in connivance with corrupt judicail system has ensured that no list is revealed and all blame for further delay will be put on SC ....and Governemnt submitted list on SC order with affidavit saying that this list must not be disclosed unless Chrgesheets r filed and cases proven or we will not get any information from Swiss and other nations ......anyway now it is ensured that no so called black money will ever come back to India and yes most is of rssbjp leaders voters ....this is truth ..i challenge all bjp voters to deny so and yes just wait for five years and more .....go do blah blah blah but yes so called blac k kmjoney names nor the money black money will ever come back as long as Modi or any BJP governemnt is there ......this is challenge

that's why RSBJP led governemnt is not revealing names ....and yes now with affidavit in sC the Modo says that if names r revealed then no further informnation will come from foreign countries thus forcing SC to also not forcing not to reveal names ........

No Bank with internation reputation will ever repartriate any money on request of foriegn government or foriegn court unless the same is endorssed by local courts. India cannot compare itself with USA as they have economic might to bend large Banks which India cannot.Recovery should be done as normal incometax dues and hope people pay their taxes on this money out of fear of being sent to jail.
