Voting certain parties is not a sign of matured democracy, but upholding the rule of law and public interest is uppermost was the saying of our co founders of the constitution. The supreme court has been the saving face of democracy for India

Well said. Black money is now back and govt can focus on other important things.
List of blackmoney account holders was submitted to SIT on June 27 by govt. and the govt. now submitted the same list to SC as per their direction. Very simple, nothing more than that. No revelation to public now. Some names may get leaked now. Other parties could not blame BJP for the expose!!! Nice Politics by BJP Govt.

Investigate...First Congress ruled..Now BJP ruling..If they want to investigate...They can.
The point is to get those names who are holding Foreign accounts without RBI permission and are indeed Holding black money.Just having an account does not make the person criminal. So better to investigate further
it was said that one ex-cm of BJP is also involved amongst the black money holder with Rs.10000 crores stacked. Whos is this person? Of course there will be many Congressmen also but this ex-cm was particularly mentioned.

whom so ever must be penalized. The entire money should be transferred to reserve bank treasury. As Apex court said we don't want names. We need our hard earned money back to India Govt. I humbly request APEX Court to hand over the money to Govt. of India.

You take any extra time to print my comments, my next comment is ready. I cant wait longer than reasonable time which unbiased rediff moderators take.
Dear Rediff, your News Head lines says "Black Money Account holders" but BJP Govt said "they wanted to verify who are genuine & who are black money holders". How can rediff say 627 Black Money Account Holders? Did Rediff already verify the facts? I very much wish all the account holders turn out to be Black Money holders since they have been depositing money (foreign exchange) outside India while India was begging for Foreign Exchange. Rediff never likes such mistakes pointed out OR such genuine comments from rediff readers.

First of all it is a slap on face of BJP coz they have not submitted all names out of their own. BJP was forced by SC to submit all names.
If you insist to release all the names, then you will get only the names of the people having foreign bank accounts, not a single penny of black money as the foreign countries do not cooperate further. it is a fact that all foreign bank accounts are not black money holders, some foreign bank accounts are legitimate

SC is overacting. Foreign countries will not support India to bring back black money if India go against agreement and reveal name before prosecution

Your post is sensible. Revealing name in haste will not serve the purpose. Better bring criminal cases against Black money Holders one by one then confiscate their stashed money and put them in to jail or hang them considering the weighing of their perpetrated crimes. Following this method no criminals can escape.
