I agree with Mr. Gaur, Minister from MP. Rapes do not occur with advance notice. What is important is action taken by the state go0vernments concerned in nabbing the culprits and ensuring speedy justice. When the state itself starts protecting rapists, there is a problem. And that is precisely the problem in UP. The government of the State is protecting the rapists, police is refusing to register cases and so on and so forth. UP stands No. 1 in this respect. One more important point, the figures cited by you are officially recorded ones. If we take into consideration the unreported cases, perhaps UP will rank No.1 in the whole world. Here is a state which has been indicted even by the UN, which is what makes the difference. No justification of rapes please. What is required is Action.
By going thru' the figures, we are shocked to find BJP a brazen party which keeps mum in MP and Rajasthan, but creates unruly scene in Lucknow. Even Goa- another BJP state is witnessing high rape crimes with murder. Why in case of UP, they demand Prez rule? If Modi's party behave in partisan manner, his face will be de-masked in coming days.

My dear,Rape reported figures never gives you right picture.It is a normal practice that whereever law&order issue is o.k and people trust police in those states reporting of rapes will be better.If uttar pradesh reporting is less,It deosn't mean there are less number of rapes.
Mizoram constituency has the highest incidence of rape in the country (94 cases per million population), Chandni Chowk comes second (86 cases per million) and third is Shillong constituency (81 cases per million).Great keep it up. what sense is there that is highest this is least is there any meaning or do you want to compete to enhance rape and riot or do you want to reduce. crimes in geometric progression s due to anarchy of congress government its greed and criminalization
