From the time immemorial,women are respected with honor in all civilized society. The rapist was subject to death sentence in presence of public. Who were civilized and wise? We, the so called modern society or the society in medieval age?

this won't work. Its not always that the correct person is caught. There could be cases where high profile guy rapes, and police will put the fault and some poor homeless guy.
1. Police should be responsible and answerable to public. 2. there should not be any politician , but social workers should be elected to rule the government. 3. moral study is must from std. 1 to std. X

Now only the % of false rape cases in 75% out of the total no of cases ,if women are made in charge every man will be inside jail only.
Very weak sysytem curropt politics hassle full trial what is needed is public trial and hanging in public this. Will send a chill among rapists and stop this act.
Because MP police are sincere in recording FIR's the statistics is on higher side. That's all. There are so many states where FIR's are not registered though crime rates are high than MP.
