If Sangeeta Rechard was not a CIA agent, then why the USA is not able to give reply or to clarify its inaction in response to the communication made by Indian government?
This is a classic case, where on the plank of violation of India's honor and prestige, a crime is being supported. This elite IFS class(routed through reservation policy)treat such crimes, like exploitation of domestic help, as minor things when they themselves are securing back entry to public appointments and all kind of privileges, only in the name of exploitation of scheduled casts. I am sure she would like to continue to live in USA even if after her conviction.

husband of Devyani Mr. Akash Singh rathore is an American millionaire having wine business .. how come they can not pay the salary to maid .. how some one with government secrets can marry a foreigner .. why till date only her indian parents defending her and not her American husband or relatives .. devyani wants case to be dropped otherwise she can not remain in usa .
The real issue is giving wrong declaration. As a person who knows about the requirements I can tell that US is particular about false declaration. You have to pay as per law say $8/hour and the maid has to be given break beyond stipulated time. And one needs to have bank payment details of having paid the funds ie proof. When we apply again visa for the maid they will strictly ask for proof or the visa is not given. In this case the proof as per declaration given was not there and there was a complaint.
Is the employer covered by diplomatic immunity? Should Sangeeta have complained? these are the issues

All are Indians, but they have committed the crime in US. That's why US is interfering !
Can't they manage without servants? After all the American consular staff does not have servants. If this female Devayani wanted help in household chores she could have called her father to the Us to change diapers and wash dishes. He has no other work now than alleging that her daughter is facing this ordeal because she is s shaddu. Why does a shaddu need a servant at home?

Do you have a maid at home for cleaning house and washing dishes mr.prasad. It's great to hear that you are doing on your own irrespective of your age, physical ability and busy work schedules and infant/kids at home. Don't make cheap comments like ' shaddu '. It shows your low mentality. Btw, this Amar bhushan may be a big failure at his work so India has to see lot of security laps and experienced dozen's of attacks on its own citizens. He is still having the same old spying ways of hiring politicians and influenced people for that work. Even a maid can be used to access sensitive information. Grow up kids. - Jai Hind

Vicky Nanjappa has rightly mentioned how CIA operates in India quoting extensively from a former RAW officer.Devyani's father a former IAS officer himself should not have suggested this at all to divert the attention from his daughter to a conspiracvy theory.Khobragdes are also named in the report of the Judicial Panel that enquired into the Adarsh scam.Why should we blame only the Amrericans?
