Mr Bhushan,i advice you to read Ghost War which will reveal to what an extent CIA can go.This apprehension is cent percent right and if America is so considerate of human rights than why it is not using same yard stick for others less privileged.What was the hurry and compulsion to transport spouse and children hurriedly out of India.The whole episode is tip of an iceberg and needed to be probed diligently.

Mr. Bhushan, don't rubbish the apprehension that this woman is a CIA agent. What is she to USA that she should be forwarded the kind of assistance she has already got including her children & husband's whisking out of India at USA's cost? Don't forget that there are non-bailable warrants awaiting them in India which is known to USA.

Sir, Sangeetha might be a CIA agent. You asked what is she to CIA, she might be an agent otherwise how entire family left India for US. Yes, non-bailable warrants are there at the most they will be arrested the witness may change may also withdraw complaint against Sangeetha, so entire family leaving their own people do left for US. So, some thing must be there more than maid servant by Sageetha and Devyani might have caught her redhandedly so this much of halla.. behind the screens.
Her family would have been harassed and even possibility of being murdered if they lived in India .US has shown lot of humanitarian approach to this .Naturally the US bought the tickets

In my view. Government is fighting tooth and nails basically to appease a certain catagory of our Society. It is nothing but a Political Issue. Political Parties like RPI are also trying to take advantage of this situation.
