Why just wealth
by KVSK Prasad on Sep 11, 2012 10:48 AM

Let us now say that the husband commits a crime and is serving a sentence for the same. Should the wife also share half of the same sentence? Why just wealth, let everything be shared equally.
I don't think that the government has any right to dictate the laws of a relationship between husband and wife.
Moreover considering the number of wifes maintained by Muzzies, the law will never see the light of the day as it will not work in favor of Muzzies, who indulge in polygamy.

WILL IT BE A DEDUCTIBLE EXPENDITURE?
by Ashish Kumar on Sep 11, 2012 10:47 AM

Will the expenditure incurred towards paying salary to wife be a deductible expense for determining taxable income. If so, many families will welcome it.

by sohail syed on Sep 11, 2012 10:37 AM

The one who pay's become master and who gets paid become Slave, either its Manager, or CEO, or a labor, its the Nature's law...same law will be applied to Husband and Wife... this law will definitely destroy the feelings between husband and wife...

This will only further empower LAWYERS
by Sreekumar Krishnapillai on Sep 11, 2012 10:16 AM  | Hide replies

This law will only result in further empowering LAWYERS who are actually the worst sco*ndrels (which they too PRIVATELY admit). The poor wife will think she is fighting for her right while the husband once taken to court his male ego will be hurt and will also fight. Result a prolonged court battle with two lawyers greatly benefiting but a family destroyed forever. This is already happening in India. Laws will never solve issues. Mediation involving elderly experienced people from both sides can solve 95% domestic issues but lawyers and lawyer-turned politicians will not agree.
