Women's rights in the _Qur'an are based around the marriage contract. A woman, according to _Islamic tradition, does not have to give her pre-marriage possessions to her husband and receives a mahr (dowery) which she is allowed to keep.
Furthermore, any earnings that a woman receives through employment or business is hers to keep and need not be contributed towards family expenses.
It's Husband's Full responsibility to take care of Wife, and all the Housing needs. A woman is also not responsible for the upkeep of the home.
In _Islam, women are entitled to the right of inheritance, _Qur'an 4:7. In general, _Islam allows females half the inheritance share available to males
for more ref. in _Qur'an _Surah _Baqarah, chapter 2 verse 180, chapter 2 verse 240.

girls,women try to misuse this laws as usual in educated families to harss,additinal reason for divorece evrywhere.My friend wants to remarry and evrywhere prospective second wife only giving reason is her first husbund was of bad character,kept illicitous relations with another womens,this is the way women misuse to asasinate charcater of their first husbunds ,how good he may be.MPS without divorcee experience can just visit family courts before laws making on this issues,as there may be very bad men and very bad womens also always misuse laws.
This is absolute nonsense, you cannot calculate for everything. How much did rajiv pay for sonia. I think they are trying to bring in western culture, and even worser then that. Financial freedom alone doesn't help women same to men, only when blood starts to cool everything will be realized.
