Yes this change was really needed. We had enough drama in the name of marriage.Everyone has to be accountable in the end of the day.It has to be treated as a business in right sense . This way we can come in & out of marriage anytime we want without too many complications like alimony & so on. we can break this social stigma of being divorced /widowed etc.divorce becomes a common phenomenon. This way women will always looking for the better share of income & can easily switch at given time. this is the cool idea ever.

There is something that I dont understand, You are talking of switching one too many times. Is switching marriage same as switching jobs? And marriages are same as doing business? I beg to differ, There are other ways household women can be empowered, not by paying salary "for their services". That is ridiculous.
Government has no right to interfere the internal matter of Husband and wife. It is there duty to lookafter the welfare of women. both women and men should appose any type of legislation if made by the government.
If this law is implemented, Men has to pay only to his wife. How about his parents they brought him up form at least 20-25 years? shouldn't he pay pension to them? how about in laws, does wife needs to pay pension to them ? in that case where should she get money? How about children and their education?
All these questions arise.. whoever has came up with this idea could be a unopposed competitor for "Ignoble".
