She cannot provide Modernisation to Indian Railways. She doesn't have that much knowledge. One ancient word is there that a king who thinks cheap his regime will also be cheap. She may think that Indian railways is her own property. One side China and other foreign countries are accelerating in Bullet train progress where as here she is formulating only Bulluck cart trains. Brainwashig the people and making them cheap is a fun to Mumta.
Indian Railways is one of biggest employers in the world.It is so sad that politics is being played over there when it is in a great financial mess.Mamata has easily reduced the fares but if it goes in Air India way,I don't think Didi will come and rescue IR.

The entire Budget of 2012 by the Centre is a blunder and it will affect the common peoples like us not the DT made Rail Budget only..

Mr. Sarkar, Mamata's Concept is not Fruitful. She wants to Show that she thinks for Poor People so in the State Budget she Brought Back Octoroy and Increased Entry tax Which has to surely increase the Prices of Different Common People Foods Which are being Transported from Different States because Business man will surely take the Extra charge from our Pocket. And if you see Blackmailing is Bad for Healty Politics which happened to Mrs. Indira Gandhi During Emergency, Dr. Morarji Desai, C.P.I (M), TMC during NDA and Now will also happen to TMC in UPA - 2. I think that she can understand cause while movingh to different Places I am now finding Bengal Peoples that they had Stopped taking about her and her Credits which happed on the Last 5 years of CPM rule in West Bengal which is really making me worried.
everyone has the right to express one's views freely but definitely while implementing the policies is quite different. here everyone has to behave and act under party guidelines. here,he was to represent party views and not his personal agenda or say, to please his new masters congies. Scandalous congress is there to break TrinaMool congress and he is the first on dais.

Ask both of them to finance the shortfall of Railway Budget from their Savings Bank Accounts. Then, they will learn tyhe true meaning of finance and budget. Unfortunately, since both didn't have much schooling, NOTHING BETTER can be expected out of both !!!!
