if there is a nuclear blas it will be in some outskirt of tamilnadu..nothing will happen here..SAFE..But i think its politicans duty to care of people..This kalam is moron as if he knows what is nature planning..Its all nature..and i think nuclear energy is not way to go but nautral energy..solar,etc All usa, russia, france are selling out dated technology..we need to find something which is really safe..not cause kalam said..kalam is a person who is looking for fake publicity..he is not a patriot

If you have a normal brain which you People unluckily never had you will have invented something ..Rather than relying on nuclear energy which japan is throwing out..
Japan and Germany both are leaving this nuclear club ..why are they fools. And if the technology is nto there make that technology..its not copy technology

you moron..japan is not throwing out anything ...eeediot leanr some science before you talk... japan as maximum density of nuclear power plants in the world.

they arent safe...you know a shyttt about nuclear power plant and you type volumes. at least educate yourself before blabbering... Japan is not some out of galaxy country... nuclear plants anywhere in the world have high safety standards... infact Japs compromised many things in fukushima power plant despite it being in very high seismic zone

indian nuke plants have ...so to say even higher requirements ....in fukushima they had no separate hydrogen storage facility ..hence they blew up ....none of the plants in india store hydrogen or other explosive gases near the core reactors...our design requirements are even more stringent...learn science and then talk

Tamilnadu, Dark and Dirty destiny is Right Place
by Grease Monkey on Nov 07, 2011 11:51 AM  | Hide replies

All indian nuclear plants should be shifted to Tamilnadu. There should be ONE Nuclear Plant for every state of Indian Union in every district of Tamilnadu.

Tamilians are dirty and dark looking anyways. Makes NO SENSE whether there is a nuclear leak nor contamination.

India will be happy with or without Tamilians, though Tamil land would be valuable.

Dark and Dirty looking Tamilians doesn't need AA Credit Rating to crave for their livelihood nor safety standards. Let these tamilians do Slavery Footprint service to rest of Indians atleast.

I don't want to hurt Tamilians. It is mere fact, accept to live. Live to DIE.

scientists are still working out harmless energy sources such as nuclear fusion (almost negligible radioactive waste) ...and endless source of energy.

until then we have to do with these fission power plants if we have to cater to the growing demands. indian industry is going to grow manifolds in coming years... if we cannot generate more power then there will be 10-15 hr power cuts in big cities too ... its simply impossible to survive then....

on the other hand indian public too never uses power frugally. they waste power generated mindlessly ....and the cost of power per unit is still very cheap in india compared to even developed nations ... for all this you accuse govt. at the drop of the hat. scoundrellsss

Yeah, like the government is going to tell you about it. If you visit even an petrochemical, fertiliser etc plant they display the number of accidents that occured in last 30 days and so on. All industrial plants are inherently accident-prone, nuclear plants are no exception.

You dont need an earthquake to create havoc at a nuclear plant, there are plenty of other ordinary, everyday things that can cause it.

Is Kalam, a Nuclear Physicist?. A Phony Character!!!,
by Character Assasination on Nov 07, 2011 11:36 AM  | Hide replies

No country in the world have safe and absolute standards and safeguards to store nuclear waste.

The highly developed countries like Japan , and France and technologically advanced Russia couldn't guarantee or failed to protect their nuclear plants successfully.

Is this Kalam, a fake and media created POSTER BOY to exploit?. Why don't Parliament and Assembly be shifted to nearby vicinity of Nuclear Plants?.

These sort of duds , phony and funny characters shouldn't be allowed to take entire india for granted.

Kalam sucks with his demeanor and also with his funny pokings unwarranted.

Accept what Honble Kalam says !!
by Ravi Kant on Nov 07, 2011 11:35 AM

Every one should accept & go by what Kalam Sahib says. Afterall Rs. 15,000 crores spent on this N-plant must not go waste. All stake holders will certainly ensure safety of people living in the vicinity of the plant. More power is needed and quality of life of State people will improve. Let us stop agitating against this project.

all this happens because of USA and christian groups
by Amithkumar on Nov 07, 2011 11:14 AM  | Hide replies

All this happening because of christian orgs in kudankulam with fund flowing from USA. They dont want india to succeed in Nuclear growth and they want to break tie with russia. People surrounded kudankulam was given 200 rs every day to continue protest and most of the people are converted as christians already. I really worried where we are going and who will stop all this things.
