All the investigation made by CBI should go for trial and hearing in civil court because there are chances of prejudice and favor from CBI court for CBI
Probably for the first time I am reading a sensible theory on the net, which has been put by you.My thinking is also like that. But you have put it in more detail and organised manner.
The police and CBI both has neglected the the possibility of murder taking place because of Hemraj.Who knows Hemraj may had some enimity with someone and the murderers came to kill Hemraj. They killed Hemraj and when Arushi saw them they also raped and killed her.A police party should have gone to the village of Hemraj to find out whether he had some enimity with someone.
The drug theory put by you also has very good logic. Moreover all the so called circumstantial evidences on which CBI is dependent on can be cooked up very easily and does not hold much water.
Our police and CBI can investigate only routine crimes. If the criminal is bit intelligent both the police and the CBI fails miserably. That is the reason only a handful of criminals finally get convicted.
Talwars did a very big mistake.Instead of relying fully on foolish Noida police and CBI they should have engaged top class private investigators. It would have been a very costly affair but they were able to borne the same.
Though, it hurts, nothing wrong in learning when our investigation agencies including judiciary are rudderless with no quality.
Instead of pushing the blame on innocent victims or parents and malign their reputation for entertainment of dirty indian slavery society using these nooseless biased media. Better , indian government, though expensive, wouldn't be wrong in investing on foreign agencies to transfer knowledge to CBI and Jurists.
Would be good, if government ropes in reputed foreign investigation agency to take up the case instead of CBI. Already, two different CBI teams including foresenic tests in indianised way are finished. Reopening the case with same CBI will not solve the mystery as neither judiciary , police nor CBI would like to accept their blame.
Enough to bring new way of solving the mystery or close it on OPEN VERDICT.
Chances are: 1 Killers are outsiders. 2. Hemraj opened the door, he might be knowing them or just opened when anyone knocked or rang bell. 3. Just after Hemraj opened the door the killers taken him terrace and killed him. 4. The Killers may had the intention of robbing but when they saw Arushi they may have turned to her. But when she started resisting the killers killed her and left the place. Since they have already killed one they may not spent more time there. 5. They took the key and locked from out and left.

Looks like once the Arushi case is solved all other 'minor' issues like : 1.spectrum scam 2,Adarsh scandal ( chargesheet) 4.CWG games scandal 5.Black Money loot abroad 6.Double digit inflation 7.All other pending murder cases in all courts of the countrey will get solved.
Name; Rakesh Mishra why CBI is not going ahead on the confession of rajkumar during NARCO test. It appears there are two groups of people involved in this case- Ist involved in murder and, 2nd creter of the circumstances so that it could appear that murderer was from inside

Why all these speculations. Now the things are clear in court observation of case.No third person. Talwars couple seems rich & influential, they can get away. Only cost effective time tested option is use of third degree methods.
is a huge bore. He has no clue about what he's writing.
Anyways, why speculate on the Aarushi case ? It seems highly unlikely that her parents are involved. Many contradictions have evolved. Best to rule out nothing and just wait and see.
