With CBI ‘concluding’ that Arushi’s father is the only suspect in this case, the public disappointment has been aggravated further. This disappointment is actually should be better named frustration with all arms of governance and to top it – THE MEDIA. CBI has echoed what was said by the IG UP police, at the outset of investigations – on public channels! The police have to be held accountable for shoddy work at the initial step. The investigating officer, who visited first and did not secure the location, did not walk around the flat and its roof; forensic experts who did not collect the evidence professionally and allowed every artifact to creep in the investigation – all should be held accountable. They lacked professional approach themselves – including the CBI. As a result, they are unable to recreate the murder and following events. So, they are sticking to only one hypothesis to justify their investigation efforts. The media was full of jokers posing as ‘detectives’ – wearing hats and goggles and giving interviews on TV. They as usual announced their conclusions – too early in the course of investigations. Even if Talwars are suspects, no one – including the IG U.P. Police, CBI, media – is entitled to announcing their verdicts, before courts adjudicate. All these agencies should be sued

correct. the investigating agecies are responsible for all this mess up. either they are totally incompetent or corrupt . they should be charged for professional negligence, destruction of evidence and a party to crime. only then our investigating agencies will work properly

dont use ur mind....simple is that This couple killed both....for witnessing...nobody can kill their daughter....
whatever may be the reson...they both should be hanged...they are involved directly in this double murder...
Give these two people the same treatment(third degree)...they will broken..though they are great actors......if put 3 nights in jail, without food/water and whiskey....
They are really big actors ....fooling all India/media....
Seems some big hand from government on his back...thats why they are so confident after killing their daughter...
The murderer was a tall man , left handed. He limps with the right leg and wears thick- soled shooting boots. He smokes indian cigars ,uses a cigar holder and carrys a blunt penknife.
The way the investigations have gone about, it is clear that CBI does not have any evidence to prove a killer. As a last attempt, they are just trying to save the IGP-Meerut Gurdarshan Singh. Interestingly, the case diary of the first CBI committee that gave a clean chit to Talwars is missing. I won't be surprised if the corrupt CBI officials force the innocent people related to the case to become witnesses. After all it is 'Goonda Raj". Anything can be achieved in this dirty game of power. It is high time Indians need to wake up and hold the people accountable for not sealing the crime scene, cooking up a pervert story about the 13 year old, losing the case diary compiled by the first CBI team that gave a clean chit to Talwars, building a case against the parents on the basis of false premises. Knock Knock! Anyone out there to clear out and hold people responsible for the above anomalies! Anyone out there! Knock Knock! Save India!
From Day one I have been of firm opinion that Talwar couple have engineered this murder or rather committed these themselves. I am still 100% sure.They were very composed from day one as one could see on TV. There are no such a father/mother on this earth who will go to Haridwar for immerssion of ashes of their young daughter just on the next day of her cremation. Who allowed them to go. They must have taken the weapon of offence along with them and thrown it into ganges some where. A sustained interrogation of the Talwar couple, using 3rd degree methods, will reveal the truth, I am sure. They have now become hardened criminals without any emtions.So they can manipulate any test. Only physical torture will make them to vomit truth.They should be treated as "social terrorists" and treated as killers of the innoccent.

100% correct. Only third degree measures will make the Talwars omit out the truth. Arushi may have been a witness to the orgies the taking place inside her house. She was killed to conceal wrongdoings of the couple.

yes, you are correct.. also guessed it on first day....Even any can tell, who has done it.....they have done it.....or they have used one hired person for it...But they are fully involved...Rajesh and Nupur both are culprit....why all people, media is so soft on these murderers???
They are thowring money to police/CBI and have relation with big policians.....
Funniest thing is a day after Arushi's death Hemraj died CBI has no clue.Two and half years later CBI withdrawing the case.Speaker Meera Kumar only pressurised to CBI to re open the case.Otherwise without work drawing a handsome salary CBI shame on you.Arun Kumar shame on you don't stick to the chair start working.Law minister Veerappa Moily giving stupid statements in Karnataka go & work with CBI.
