That there's some 'Swingers' angle to the murders and probably Talwars are involved on that basis.

I wonder what next ! It is almost like they are deciding who the murderer shud be first, and then adding reasons and ways later !

Also, reasons in case of investigations are more than often added later on basis of evidence and motive.

I've always wondered if police takes psychics (esp. tantrik babas) help, esp. as this is most prevalent in India itself.

John Lennon ... Great Idea . For a start why dont you use a Tantric to find out who fathered you ? If that works you could file an PIL asking the CBI to use Tantriks to solve this case !!
Best of luck !!

Now, that's a totally new theory. If the neighbors held that view, it would have surely made it to media.

CBI and Noida Police' cockahoop theories
by sanath on Feb 10, 2011 10:30 PM  | Hide replies

I find all these accusations as rubbish as long as many questions are not answered:

1. For argument's sake, if it is accepted that they saw something and killed their daughter, the first thing is wouldnt it be a spurt of the moment murder rather than a clean murder with the throat slit ? So then was it a planned murder ? Now if it is a planned murder, why would they do it in their house at a time when only they would be present, with their own surgical instrument (as claimed by Noida police) and also keep all the entry-exit points closed so as to draw attention on themselves ? Wouldnt they plan to at least show forced entry by an outsider so that they could explain it as a robbery or rape case and subsequent murder ? Also consider that the Talwars had only one child after many years of marriage, so then what would they have seen that would supposedly make them plan, but commit this act in such an absurd and careless way ?

2. Hemraj is described as stocky and strong - and that is to be expected of a Nepali guy. So then how did Talwar and his wife overpower the daughter and Hemraj and kill them so easily as Noida police claims that there was no sign of scuffle, and also post mortem report does not show any evidence of sedation or poisoning. Also, again considering that it is a planned murder, why would they keep his body in the terrace of their house, and why not try to dispose it in the night itself ?

Surely keeping the body in the terrace increases the chance of them getting caught than if they would have tried to dispose it !

3. How are the investigating authorities so sure that Hemraj did not open the door to strangers, who in turn may have killed Aarushi and also Hemraj when he panicked ? I mean with the absurd theories doing the rounds, why is it that this theory cannot be considered ?

4. Honour killings are prevalent, but I am yet to hear an educated couple with excellent careers killing their only daughter and servant for a sexual tryst (as claimed by police !). In these times, there were many other ways they could have dealt with the whole issue if that was the case.

3. Hoe were talwars so sure that hemraj murdered their daughter? If their are inconsistencies in the CBI theories, so are in the talwars.

4. This is exactly what my point the Homour killing is rampant in educated people as well, the only difference is that this never comes to the light and the netizens support this menace in the name of excellent career.

Again u goof up ! The talwars were sure becoz usually it is hemraj who opens the door when the maid comes. That day he did not, and he was the only person missing. Surely anybody would have doubted him, why only the Talwars, the police also announced a reward for capturing Hemraj !

My point about honour killing is entirely different from what you have said ! I said as an educated parent, I am yet to see educated couples killing their only child (whom they had after 13 years of marriage!) for a sexual tryst as claimed by the Noida police (who themselves are not sure - first they claim the Talwars had affairs with their colleagues, then they claim the kid had an affair with the servant who himself has grand kids !)

If one has a biased opinion that the parents are guilty, then it is easy to keep on blaming them. What I have asked over here are doubts that came across my mind when everybody seems to be hellbent to get them punished.

1. The CBI theory has the use of Golf club, so the spurt of moment murder weapon is there, the use of surgical blade was after the murder to clean the evidences, like sperm etc.

2. CBI doesn't find him very sturdy, also when you are involved in sex, you are half lost into deep sexual arousal. so may be they caught them on climax and hemraj had never chance to show his nepali sturdiness.

Re: Re: CBI and Noida Police' cockahoop theories

You could do better than that surely !

1. This golf club theory has come out last year when Nupur Talwar said that she found her golf clubs which she thought were missing ! Nowhere was it mentioned in the post mortem report that it was the golf club or similar weapon, so much so that till recently the CBI was searching for a Khukri, not for a golf club.

2. The CBI doesnt need to find him sturdy. The post mortem report does and also his family does. Chk google for link to interview with hemraj's family. Now just for argument's sake, if they caught them and clubbed them, why would they keep the bodies in the terrace and in the bedroom with all doors closed just so that they will be suspected ? Wouldnt it have been easier to leave a door open so that police think it is a robbery case or a rape case ? After all they had the whole night to plan ! Also, the CBI has claimed that when the maid came the door was locked from outside and Nupur gave the key from the balcony. So then who locked the door from outside ? Why are they and many of the ppl here so cocksure that it is the parents who did it, I mean I am a parent, and I dont think I would do this to my child under any circumstance, and I am not able to imagine an educated couple killing their only daughter just becoz they saw him with another man in today's times when ppl dont think twice about getting into sex. That theory is utterly absurd !

1. these are all media theories, CBI never claimed that and who knows what CBI theory is, unless we see the closer report in person, Khukri and all may be b'coz the poor guys from nepal so start vitiating propaganda and relentless media blitz with new theories every day, this will keep netizens busy and the case will be lost like many others where rich and powerful are involved, afterall what these media houses are is not hidden from any body any more.

which means u havent been following the case ! CBI director Arun Kumar himself claimed in an interview on TV that they were searching for a Khukri and Aarushi's mobile.

What I mean to say is that Talwars may be suspects, but surely thinking with a clear mind makes them the least of the suspects. It was proven by viscera that Aarushi had consumed pizza that day, and Hemraj had only alcohol in his stomach. So then why didnt the police take samples of the leftover food to chk if the food was drugged; maybe hemraj drugged the food as he had friends coming in for alcohol, and maybe in a fit of alcohol they tried to molest Aarushi and killed her and when hemraj protested as he would have been the biggest suspect, they killed him too and escaped thru the terrace, and the drugging the food may be the reason the parents did not hear any noise ? There is nothing to prove that the food was not spiked, so then why cant that be ? Why is the CBI so cocksure that nobody came from outside and how are they sure that hemraj did not let any one inside ?

The media and many ppl have put on the pressure by being biased that it is the parents who killed them, and if the CBI does not prosecute, surely they have been given money. This has led the CBI to go on a witch hunt !
