Dragging this case again means...either the CBI is worthless OR Nodia police (which we all know) OR Narco Analysis test OR may be all 3 of them..Seriously, once the Narco test proved the innocence of talwars why make them go thru it again.. This case is becoming pointless. India should ban Narco test just like other nations if you dont honour the test results.

Well, Noida police screwed it up. They didn't collected the evidences correctly otherwise it would have been known who all were present in the house. You can imagine it, when they didn't find the blood trail leading to Hemraj, what was their performance. This gave killer's enough time to clear the evidences. Be it talwar or the servants. CBI took over after a month or two. I don't expect them to find any evidence that was not collected by police. So their investigation has to be based on police collective evidences or narco tests/interrogation. So even if they know (by interrogations) that talwar's did it, they can not prove it in the court. I think we should pay homage to Aarushi, and say sorry that her killer can still live like he didn't do any thing.

Hard to imagine...
by prem k on Feb 10, 2011 09:04 PM  | Hide replies

Hard to imagine that parents could murder their own daughter, that too the only child. Talwars say that Arushi was born through an IVF process after the couple were childless for several years. In these conditions, motive part for parents seem to be missing.

If anything, this case only shows the decay of police forces and investigative agencies. They seem to be completely ill-trained or lacking analytical skills.

Honour killing is usually motiveless and a result of spurt of anger, may be on seeing their daughter/sister in objectionable state.

Well if you follow crime news enough, you will see there is no such relationship where a murder is not possible. "Meera Road rape case", "dehradoon rajesh gulati case" and many more.

aarushi's murderer will come in the light only when destiny will reveal, but this is surely a searchlight on today's parents who can't give time to their kids...it's time for awakening for many talwars and aarushis...

by MJ on Feb 10, 2011 08:56 PM  | Hide replies

From the begining, i am tracking & reading on this case:

DID anyone checked:

"WAS Arushi their REAL DAUGHTER?"
I have some INTUITION POWER, & my feeling say that, She was not Talwars real daughter

CAN CBI/COURT CHECK THIS POINT?

Even if what you are saying is true, it does not give a motive or prove anything. People get attached to even a pet that they have seen grow in front of them. And she was a girl. Even if she had been adopted, there is no motive to kill her and in fact all the more reason to believe that her parents are innocent. Why should they kill a girl after giving her a life?

not so clear parents
by savitha shankar on Feb 10, 2011 08:51 PM  | Hide replies

Thinking as a parent, why & how did they take it for granted that the servant had killed, even if so what was the motive for that man, he had not stolen anything, his belongings were all there, there was no scuffle....even after the postmortem, why such hurry to dispose the body....as a caring parent, you want to find evidence, not get rid of them, how could anyone clean the golf clubs without them knowing? the other servants how would thy know to cover up so well.... if 3-4 guys did so much how can any normal human beings sleep through the event? what kind of a sleep is that? there is lot more to everything.... parents really do have some role to play in the whole issue.... what about her friends, everything has to be done by some educated, tech savvy person & not those poor servant boys...

u are right..... from the very begining the doubt was on parents.. how they misguided the police by not telling them abt servant death up-stairs and then by not giving police the key to staircase... and then by removing all the evidence ... shows that parents have a CLEAR role.
