The next day trip to ganges led to this problem,two murders and someone high and mighty allowed the couple to go to ganges to say prayers,thats where weapon used went making the case confusing.Whoever allowed that is the true culprit someone real with clout and power.

Shame on the CBI for creating such a closure report full of inconsistencies. It is unbelievable that first the UP police messed up the case and now the CBI. To what level of detail has the 90 page rebuttal of the Talwars been even considered in the court ? Why did the second CBI team completely override the findings of the first one ? I strongly believe that the CBI is trying to protect the UP police, and more specifically, Gurdarshan Singh, IG poilce, Meerut, who made ridiculous comments about Aarushi in that famous press conference in May 2008. Why is there no action against the UP police - remember that 24 of the 26 fingerprints that they took were useless ? What is the accountability here ?
It is very disappointing that we mark people as guilty and then the onus is on them to prove their innocence, rather than the other way around. Their is no rule of law in this country and you have organizations like the CBI flouting their muscle and using it to their advantage.
whoever it is, people are sympathatic for that girl. 1. if she has done mistake you can say she got punished 2. you can understand feeling of parent if at all if she has done that mistake, it may be spur of moment, and hardly any parent can control their emotion 3. whatever happened happened it's destined to happen and have no regret for whatever i have done, it's correct and he dont want to get punished when he feels it's a correct decission all these theory can be framed after seeing the second murder servant

what Srinivas writes seems to be true but I am sorry to say, few guys write bullshit which is not related with this murder mystery. For them it is time pass.There are many queries and this need to be solved by any agency otherwise CBI will be in dock. Our sympathy should be with Talwars till they are proved culprits.
