why don't north people show some accomodative qualitites and learn any indian language other than hindi. All other people already learn 3 languages isn't it...

This decision is with clear intention to stop more migration in city as the city is already overburdened.. I feel nothing wrong in it!! 15 years residence is compulsory in most of the indian states.

Non-hindi people are resisting the intense eploitation of the hindi people. De-centralize economic power and developments. Employ local people and uplift local language and culture. Put an end to capitalist/hindi nexus of centralizing economy and dominating other regions. Put an end to the spreading pseudo-culture of sex and materialism done by hindi language.
