U r confused. Nobody flees anywhere . Difft nations invite immigrants because of their own requirements. Otherwise it would not be possibe for anyone to settle down in foriegn land legally. when u invite people, u have to protect them and give them facilities humans deserve.

Not just a matter of respect. It is the right to safety when people leave their country lawfullly and settle abroad.
