Futile to expect some sense from likes of you who think even death can be termed in to such pathetic cheap joke!

Come out of the Bollywood obsession and sample some real Indian culture..it is then when you will come to know whether it matters if an Ustaad is ugly looking of good looking??? What a shame that foreigners all over the world have so much of appreciation for aesthetically far superior Indian classical music and people here in india do not know who is Ustaad Akbar Ali Khan. Bollywood has killed true art. Utter shame on you NV Chowdhury that you make such low life comments...Whatever is left in Indian culture or whatever is truely rich in Indian culture is India's classical music, dance and other elements of our ancient heritage. Shame shame shame on you..Bollywood disciples..
As a lover of Indian Classical music, my heart is broken with the news of sad demise of Ustad Ali Akbar Khan. Althogh we hardly had opportunity to listen to him live for last so many years, but it was always a treat for which every disciple of classical music would always eagerly look for. I remember Late Nikhil Bannerjee- an outstanding Sitar player of all time often used to say openly that AliDa is the ultimate or the God of Hindustani classical music. He created so many new Ragas of unique compositions as 'Gaurimanjari' 'Chandranandan', yet never distorted the purity of the original Ragas. The music world today will be definitely poorer by loosing a several Billions with this loss.
