As a victim to this unjustified Indian Law section can someone pls help me out of this situation?
There's a direct demand for money from their side that too in Lakhs. And if i would pay the same they are willing to relieve me by signing divorce application.
I simply dont understand why such immoral approach for want of Money. The demand as well is so exorbitant that any husband would simply go to depression state or simply shell out by hook or crook to get out of this mess.
