Dear sir,mywife gave gave criminalcase against me and myfamily saying a lot of lies. now my family got bail. iam in uae now , actually theywant to lose my job. i have a daughter, they didnot allow me to see her since last one year.actually i am a verysoft person, that is why she cleverly trapped me by destroying many solid proofs , verybad abusing letters etc, i consulted her to a psychologist and he told she is a psychich problem, she says she willgive poison to me,so doctor told such woman is unpredictable. now she says she will revenge me and myfamily. myfamilysend the court paper to get signature now, iam thinking to go home and take bail tofight the case by giving power of attorney to my brother. also without losin gmy current j ob, iam working 3months uae onemonth vacaton t india. also good salary. so if the case is proved fabricated is there any way to get com pensated to me and my family for the trauma they have under gone. kindly reply
I am also one of the victims of misuse of 498a. Me along with my family have been going thru the harrasment and the mental torutue for the last more than 2 years.

I am also a victims of misuse of 498a and 406. My case is at Delhi and I belongs to Chandigarh. I am visiting with my family since last ten years to Delhi to fight against this case. No justic is being given to me. She want just to harrase me and my family. My old age parents are un-necessary being harrased. When ever court comes to conclussion of compromise and insist both of us, they make some excuse and slips from the situations without reaching any compromise. Some time even I think for sucide. I am paying her maintainence under article 125 since last five years.
Please I want to make a group, as you are interested, at delhi who can fight against such type of un-avoidable situtations. Please do something
