Another black decision by our system, what will anyone gain with Sanjay punishment, rather burden on govt. to look after him for three and half years, we need drastic reforms instead of old pattern, such people must be punished for heavy capital punishment so that country is benefitted and shoe pinch in his feet.

What is u r intention ? there should not be any Higher court in any contry ? POlice / Courts only to disturb poors ? Shame on u & u r logic ? Have u know, SC has cutdown to 05 years dueto a famous personality, what else u expect ? I am tru-believer of LAW, who is disobeying SC order, SC should ask the Police to book case on them. When SC catch Raja / Kalmadi / Jagan / Kanimozhi, how we are all praise the SC ? Do not double speak like a season politician ?

Entire bollywood should be booked for supporting Dutt. The highest Court of the country has held him guilty and that is it. He is a convicted person and deserves to go to jail. The profile of the person doesn't matter before the law of the land.
Just imagine what would the reaction have been from the same people if the person jailed had been a top politician or Industrialist. They all would have praised the judiciary for its impartiality and bringing the high and mighty to book. What hypocrites!
First of all a laggard judgment is passed after 20 yrs. sanjay dutt was caught red handed with unauthorised weapons like a.k 47. a law breaker is breaker whether he is a film actor or not. Some how bollywood supports all their heros who are caught with drugs, weapons etc. had a common man been caught with a gun forget A.K47 will your bollywood support the common man answer will be big no. Sanjay dutt is a disgrace to his highly respected parents sunil dutt and nargis. karan johar, mahesht butt and other members of bollywood just stop supporting your criminal heroes and behave like a matured citizens and stop giving wrong picture to the society. If a well established hero does a 26/11 in mumbai you people still support ur hero and expect mercy. Ridiculous.
