A crime is a crime, whether done innocently or on purpose. There are many unknown criminals who have committed his crime out of folly, but the law does not bend for them. Why are these big wigs of Bollywood wishing that the criminal not go to jail? All those people talking in support of criminal Sanjay Dutt should be sent in jail to give him company. especially that 8astrd Mahesh Bhatt.
Bollywood should show some maturity and desist from commenting on court sentences!
5 years is too much to spend in jail for beiong an absolute moron. But that is the law of the land and it rarely ever factors low IQ as a mitigating element

IQ as a mitigating factor - that probably answers the question of why no corrupt politician has ever been convicted.

It is sad and unfortunate for sanjaydat friends, They say he dont deserve this,. But do the 257 people deserve this? What a joke,. Did they get money from dawwood for these certificates.,May be who knows...
