I would say its a good judgement. Supreme court & the Military are the only institutions which still have public faith. Everyone is equal in the eyes of Law, even though in everyday life, we dont see it.
So what, if he is a Bollywood actor?? Does that mean, he can kill people?? When Afzal Guru can be hanged, then 5 yrs imprisonment seems to be a GIFT.

Dutt sentence may be valid but your supreme court reverence is misplaced. Isn't this the same court that let go two Italian murderers just with a signed piece of paper and a call from some higher-up chick?
I would like to ask this question to all the bollywood buys who are supporting Sanjay Dutt... what if the real culprits come back and aks for pardon saying that it was the only mistake they did and they are otherwise good guys...... Sanjay Dutt may be a good person but he desrves the punishment for his wrongdoings... if not for anything else, at least to set an example that for law everyone is equal.

My sympathies for Bollywood. All those who feel sorry for him, can support him by going to jail with him for 5 years. Be his friend. All the producers who signed him After March 93 shouldn't really complain. They always knew he was involved. So why cry now.

All these bollywood wallas are making the black money of underworld and politician into white and bringing down the cultural and moral values of the society. Most of these are anti national like SRK Mahesh bhatak etc and paki lovers . all of them deserve to be behind bars
Why we r not obey SC judgement ? Why there is constitution ? If Law will not respected so called politicians / actors / sportspersons, there should not be Law in India. In the eyes of LAW, everybody same as per our constitution. Nobody is telling SC cutdown Jailterm to 05 years. Being a famous personality, what else he will expect from SC ? Any Q, come with logic & explanation, not only for love to Sanju Baba..........
