In India either you kill few 100's of people so that you can end up in parliament (e.g. Phoolan Devi).
Sanjay Dutt was not passionate enough in his pursuit. Thus he ended up in jail.
The real big guns of this horrific blast incident are living a normal life across the border.

What do you want to say? Sanjay Dutt should not be punished as big guns have escaped ? Sanjay dutt is not punished for terror act he has been punished under arms act to keep prohinited arms. by your parameter any criminal should not be punished till big guns are not caught and not punished.
Good decision by SC more such kind of decisions will secure common mans faith in justice. Nobody is above law no matter how big or small he is. being a celebrity doesn't mean you are above law or can't be wrong.

SC didn't make him a co-conspirator. Thanks to Sunil Dutt's clout during 90s Sanju was taken out of TADA list.
He should be hanged for conspiring with Dawood for Mumbai Blasts. He did what memon did. Why he was not hanged?
Now shameless Cong Katju wants him pardoned for what - 'causing death of 257 innocent people'?
