Aamir takes too much time to understand his character. Remember Aamir whenever had more films at hand did overacting in films and had flops in 90-99. so he does one film a year. Khanna how could he give 95 box office hits and ensure quality of work he did inspite of working in 3 filsm a year minimmum? Khanna just did not give 15 consecutive solo hits but also gave 73 Golden Jub hits and 22 silver jub hits. Khanna is superior to even bachchan as Khanna didnot resort to one grne of masal films. Khanna's work does the talking. Khanna has films of every genre and got the best music cause of attention he paid to get the best music.Khanna could understand the script faster and get into skin of the character very quickly thats the reason he could reach 153 films by 1991 and had 106 solo lead hero films. Others like Amitabh and others in 70s 80s did multi star masala formula films but Khanna stood out. Inspite of him being highest paid actor from 1970-89, he has films of every genre in his hands. His filmography eplains that each year atleast min 2 films have him as a lead hero releases from 1967-1991. Khanna did not play safe and played just one kind of role or one kind of type of films. Though called as romatic icon - can Avishkaar, Babu, Aaj Ka MLA Ram avtaar, Redrose, Chakravyuha etc be called Romanctic movies?SRK keeps doin romantic roles, Big b did angry man roles.Khanna never repeated same story or same role.
After listening to various elderly people over the years about his personality and reading various articles of this kind on late Rajesh Khannaji. I do feel that they maybe true to a certain extent but i fail to comprehend that when we mix screen image with real image. kaka did justice to all the characters which he played onscreen what he was off the screen is his private matter. Yes as a public figure if he do realize that he has to behave in a particular way off the screen to set an example for his followers is his personal choice but not his obligation. I feel bad reading this article of how he insulted bacchan sir on the sets of bawarchi its pure arrogance. But let us not judge him by his off screen demeanour. The fact is that Dev Anand Sir and Rajesh Khanna had the highest female following. Bachan sir had huge male following because of his angry man looks. So let us not dig deep and salute the man who drew huge female fan following after Dev Anand , Rajesh Khanna and modern Salman Khan. I am saying this because in tradional India that too in the late sixties and early seventies when women had least liberty decided to marry his pictures and die to kiss his car must have found some reason so let us give kaka his dues and salute him for his contribution to Indian cinema. I love Anand and Namak Haram....

ALL THE BIG PEOPLE LIKE DILIP KUMAR, AMITABH BACHCHAN, MUMTAZ, SAIRA BANO AND MANY OTHERS HAS SAID GOOD WORD ABOUT RAJESH KHANNA BUT WHO IS AUTHOR OF THIS ARTICLE WHO IS WRITTING SUCH THINGS ABOUT HIM.
Every year the Government of India gives away Padma awards such as Padmashree, Padma Bhushan and Padma Bibhushan to the persons, who are expert in their respective fields such as arts, sports, fine arts, culture, and other fields.
But till date noted actor and superstar of yesteryears Rajesh Khanna has not been bestowed any such award by the Central Government . Those who are at the helm of affairs should know the great contribution of Rajesh Khanna to Indian films and without him nobody can write the history of Indian cinema. He is the recipient of many a prestigious awards such as Filmfare awards, Dada Saheb Phalke, Lifetime achievement award by the IIFA. His marvellous and stunning performances in innumerable films are still fresh in the minds and hearts of the people all over. A large section of people of India, China and Russia are admiring him.
The Government of India and Maharashtra should come forward to do justice to this veteran actor.
May be heartbreaking for fans but this is what was always known ab him. A alcoholic, ruthless, arrogant and mean person. Ofcourse good actors need not be good human being. A fan should only like his acting and not claim he was a great human unless someone can prove he really was

Kaka wasn't a good husband in real life. He even avoided talking to Dimple for days when Rinkie was born because he wanted a son but in reel life he presented himself well as a charming prince.
