These kids acted in one movie and they are adequately compensated for. But in all the interviews I see her father, who has two wives, blaming Govt, Danny boyle, country and producers for not doing anything to them.
Their kid's education is been paid for, the funds has been set up for these kids, they get paid for all the inaugaration and other stints they perform, where has all these money gone?
They acted in one movie and they expect that its the nation's responsibility to bathe them, feed them and get them a house???
When will they start taking ownership for themselves?
I am really confused...to whom the song "Jai Ho" dedicated...???The slumdogs have been really utilized for this OSCAR achievement. What is the Govt. doing man?
one more reason y we should not show the real india and govt. as they dont like the truth and if they dont like the truth better dont tell it or u'll feel sorry for urself. also, media did played a big role in ruining her life. everything is a "breaking" news (broke her house).
Slum dog...was such a sucess , that lots of awards were taken.But to my surprise , these slum actors are not at all benifitted with it. I request at least the Indian Actors who were the part of the film ,please help them out . Money spending on them will be really worth wile. give them a future. How can you see , the kids worked with you in the film , are still fighting for home , bread . BE INDIAN......

I tell u what, nobody will be helping them. We have already seen what happened with the other slum kid. This is all game of money. These filmstars are millionaire, billionaire but they will not spend here. Ask them to make a movie, they are ever ready!

i totally agree wd u guys....rich people only spent money on demslvs...dey hv no tym or money fr othrs...bt dey dnt think a ltl hlp frm dem can improve life of sm ppl....
municipality left even nearby houses.this was an excersize to humiliate muzl1ms and tell them their real position in so called secular 1nd1a. slums are still there will remain because of uneven distribution of wealth.only thieves &tax ch00rcan afford luxury houses while talented honest hard workers will remain the victim of these bl00d suckers.Muncipality wont even listen if you show them the proofs like ration cards of past 25 yrs electricity bills of past 25 yrs this is a ploy to vacate the land for builders recently builders built up a huge colony in Bandra west where price of real estate is quite high this was not a hutment but what we call Ground chawls (bheti chawls) in Mumbai and they are there practically evry where in the suburbs.
Now that the elections are over and the tyrants are back to power, we, Indians, should start running for cover, with such backlashes Prices hike, Petrol hike, etc. We Indians shall never change, do we???

Just look at the Photo Journalists taking pictures, while an Indian's home is being razed. They are just a bunch of over enthusiastic paparazzi.

these things happen more and more .. petrol price will go up and rest other prices also .. see how these opportnistic congis are .. and one side before elections they are distributing 6000 cr and now after election this.. face this. poor friendly party
