i never like this man's review... but for NEW YORK he did justice ... performance were good specially from Nitin ..but the movie SUCKS.. dont wast you money like me
I think this is a decently made movie..though slow and long (I think a two and half hour duration would have been better), the movie was nice. All actors, considering how they act, made good performances...It would be wrong to completely thrash this movie.

In other words its an average movie with decent performances. Saw the movie over the weekend and felt review does not do justice to it. Anyways those who want to see the movie, its an ok movie as long as you do not have high expectations. Those who don't want to see it, you loose nothing watch "Aamir" again instead.Two and a half star would suffice for the movie. Good concept but script let it down.
Watched the movie and feel that your review is absolutely a trash. It is so wonderfully made movie. You just can't write it off. Mr. Raja, please watch the movie once again to see the sensitivities with which the message has been conveyed in the movie. Atotal unbiased aaproach by Mr. Kabir Khan. And, All the cast - Irfaan, John, Katrina, Neil all suited their characheters and hv fully justified themselves. I think, after a long time, we happen to see a good movie. So, Newyork is not a Sham but a 'Shan'.
It was not that bad......... Raja should have shown some courtesy. If it were any bullshi*t english movie , without using his mind he would have given 4 or 5 stars.

I agree!! i watched the movie and never had a little bit of doubt that it would be best movie of 2009. i am shocked to see this review from raja. The actors whatever reputation they had earlier..i dont care..has done a tremendous job!!! raja your review is bullshit...
