Its was really bad to see that on the ocassion of his b'day niether rediff nor any of the news media showed any interest to allow viewer to wish him. neither news media had any spl feature on him which they do hav for other actors.why are rediff so biased on this?yday i looked alot for the colum where we could wish our favourite actor.its was only on star gold which celebrated his bday by showing his three best movies.
whereas as acting is concered he is far more superior than srk and salman. atleast he is not proudy. after bigb he is the only actor whom we can really count.srk fans are bullshits.aamir knows the pulse of indian odiance thats y he is a superstar.thats the reason his movies are egarly awaitted compare to srk.

srk fan following is 100 times larger to aamir....srks films are the most awaited films evry year....even an average film like don....manages to become a hit...just becoz of srks presence....evryone knows...waht happd to aamirs...eagerly awaited (4 long yrs) film MANGAL PANDEY.even a film like paheli...which was so boring...manages to recover costs....forget abt the superhits srks given over the years...we all know whats happ with sallus films(sallam-e,jaanemann,baabul),ven ...huge star cast of big b,saif,sanju....cannot save a film like eklavya...despite it gettin rave reviews,even omkara...a stupendous film...becomes a disater..with actors...like ajay devgan,saif,kareena..etc in it.BIG BS...nishabd..is a complete washout...akkis bhagam bhag,jaanemann,humko deewana..something like that..all washouts.sequels are always a hit..even a pathetic film like phir hera pheri becomes a hit...becoz its a sequel..coming to the point..both hrithiks hits last year are sequels..dhoom 2 krrish.all this clearly proves that who is the KING...ppl are not crazy to call him KING KHAN...when big b himself..goes on record saying that SRK IS THE BOXOFFICE BAADSHAH...thenno ned for further clarification. and vimal...next time mind ur words..before callin srk fans as "bullshit"..coz no one over here is askin u to give ur name(bullshit) to others.

now days all the big stars films manages to recover its cost by way of advertising, statelite rights etc.. so its better u check urself wether his films are hit or not.Don managed to recover its cost just due to hype created by media who were paid by the producers and srk.if u think he is best then y his kbc is not working as expected by star tv (although they would not tell in public as it would affect themself)everyone know that kbc is big time flop for startv and srk. srk cant give hit without the help of yash chopra and karan johar...loook at his past hits records... he don't have guts to work on with new directors as he is afraid of the film being floped.. ashutosh gave hit by lagaan and a flop by swades by casting him. same with farah akhtar.. he can only play a typical romantic roles and afraid of breaking his image as whenever he has tried he has flopped a big time. recovering cost is not important but to give blockbluster is important. and he is a bullshit and the worst person in the film industry.....
I'm not really a big follower of hindi movies but I like Aamir khan, shahrukh and govindas movies the best. I remember as a kid watching hindi movies where the actors just starts funny dancing.
Watching aamir khans movies, u never feel let down. the acting is not over the top or copied like most indian actors and the stories are different. i like lagaan,jo jita wohi sikandar and andaz apna apna and many more. shahrukh khans best movies are dil se and swades, his comedies are good too. Aamir, shahrukh and sanjay dutt are the best actors in india and will find success overseas if they try.
Living in Sydney i was exposed to movies from other countries, although they didn't make many movies like india but their quality was good and not copied from american.
Japanese movies along with chinese movies are good. they don't copy american stories. Specially movies by japanese director kitano:watch them.
Aamir khan is a great actor, doesn't make silly faces and not copying american actors.

They all can act like each other but the point comes they dont. even if they do, we cant accept them.
Amitabh is now acting for role of gabbar? Can he really beat sholay gabber. no way !! even he is super star, he can not. As because our mind is set for amjad as gabber with his body language, style, dialog delivery, face expressions.......
New actor may act, but in his style....... This new one can not be best, as already previous one was best in our mind set..... Can anyone be better then best. No way....

both amitabh and sanjeev done over 150 movies, most of their movies are a joke. even a indian won't watch thier old movies let alone international audience.
in sydney i showed aamir khans movies and they were impressed, they knew nothing about indian movies.

In Sarfarosh Aamir held his own against Naseerudin Shah ,scene for scene.Watch that film to understand what a good political thriller and drama should be,what constitues a splendid performance. Amazing movie in which every actor was good and Aamir was perfect.In RDB,DCH, Andaz Apna apna, even the regressive Ishq,Aamir showed he could do comedy.He is not yet a great actor,agreed,but he is still a very good actor who works hard trying to submerge the star and play the character. Aamir is on his way to reaching the standard of Sanjeev Kumar,my other Hindi film favourite.

I don't think anyone can be compared with Amitabh. But I don't support your arguement that Aamir can't match brilliance of Sanjeev Kumar, etc. The thing that puts Aamir in the elite class is that he is damn versatile. Could Sanjeev Kumar do something like Rangeela or Ghulam? Sanjeev Kumar, and many other actors in Bollywood including SRK just follow one style of acting. Aamir is different in EACH AND EVERY film. Got to give it to him on that man! And I would suggest please think twice before making comparisons. Is Amol Palekar even in the reckoning??

Correction: Sanjeev acted in 9 roles showing navras or nine moods and yes he was a gr8 actor and the person who said he has one style of acting should see this movie to see how he can act in 9 different ways in same film. I would like to mention koshish also where he acted a dumb and deaf guy. In one of the shots director was asked how was the shot. He told I was not able to see as i had tears in my eyes. There are other milestones - angoor, aandhi, pati patni aur woh, trishul to mention a few. Please don't write anything if you have limited knowledge of films. Judging an actor (specially stars of as high a stature as Amitabh, Sanjeev, Kamal Hassan) by 1 or 2 movies you have seen is not the right thing to do.

Correction: 9 roles which correspond to navras or nine moods of a man - not sure about all but some are daridra ras (one you can pity), shaur ras (brave one), shringar ras (beautiful one), raudra ras (the bandit one), kapat (the dhongi baba) and yes sanjeev is a great actor and the person who said he had one style of acting should see the movie to see in a single movie how he has acted in 9 different ways. Koshish is another film i would like to mention. After one of the scenes director was asked "how was it". He told i can't tell. I could not feature the shot correctly as i had tears in my eyes. Well guys, As i know now, the man who said Sanjeev, amitabh cant act, yeah true, they cant act, their roles are real not acting, amir also is leading to that place.He also will be a perfect actor like Amit ji and sanjeev. And the person who say, Sanjay,Govinda etc are best, it shows whats his taste, may be its his own likings, U can keep the pig in Very clean Mansion but still he will go and shit only. Amit ji, Sanjeev ji,Dilip..these are legends and Actors like SRK,Amir, they are trying to be like them, i am sure, they will be perfect in near future.
He is a quality guy. Amazing actor and a great personality!!! Don't compare the Shahrukh's to him. Aamir's a much better actor & can perform any role n deliver a Hit!!

I think you are mistaken - its SRK who is the manipulative one - I bet SRK (to some extent) influences things like scenes in movies as the movies he does are all with is his buddies/ gang (Karan Johar/Yash Raj etc). Infact I think SRK also influences the awards themselves (being pally with the Zee and and now Star TV heirarchy).
And btw, growing beards and moustaches is called creating character for your role that you will be acting (something that your SRK lost after DDLJ DTPH and KKHH) - and not to be popular !!
Think a bit about what you are rambling ...
Anyways - Aamir, the best to you ... the ACE Khan in the Industry ...and remember, an ekka always trounces a badshah (King) everytime :-)

It has nothing to do with getting popular. That's called getting into the skin of the role. Aamir is a perfectionist. Remember Tom Hanks in Cast Away? He gained a few pounds when the movie shoot started and then lost more than what he gained so that his body can show the effect of living on a deserted island!
Mangal Pandey had a long moustache and Aamir didn't want to put on a fake one. And I'm sure you would have ridiculed him if he had a wig in Rang De Basanti where he was playing a happy-go-lucky 25 yr old.
