SRK cracked a JOKE...big deal! He was supposed to be the funny host on the show. It was NOT an election campaign event. Our politicians need to grow up and learn to appreciate humor. The problem is these netas do not understand the language. If SRK used the term 'Vehshi darindigiri' dat'd be offensive.
We all wish 'May Sharukh enjoy his last days at the top...may you poke fun at others,may u disrespect others,may u snatch TV shows from others,may u make mockery of legends...but..only thing we can pray for is..may none of your films ever be a hit...!!!

Hey guys, Chill.Have u ever seen the oscars and the way the host makes fun of the actors and this is just one way of creating humour and the way indian filmmakers copy Hollywood and their trends they are going the hollywood way in terms of creating humour in the awards function as well. I mean look at the way the filmfare awards were carried out was not a bad attempt of doing it the oscar way so why not also make fun of the nominees and the actors. But I do know that Shahrukh Khan should not have been chosen as the host of the show. Because SRK does start overacting afterawhile. anyways it was not a bad attempt. maybe next time they will know what to say or they will learn to accept each other's sense of humour but it was all an attempy of going the hollywood way.

Stop cursing n bashing SRK....the guy reached the top thru sheer hard work and labor. None of these top guns in the political arena helped him achieve anything. He is a SELF MADE guy. Respect him for that
When will SRK grow up,and stop making digs at veterans like SurajBharjatya,AamirKhan, VidhuVinod Chopra, AmarSingh. Does he really know what is he really doing, SRK himself is finished his last hit was Veer Zaarain 2004.Do the Chopras&Johars know that he his a spent force.He need to take acrash course in being Humble.SRK, Hrithk,Abhisheik are here so move over.

Aamir Khan's last hits were Rang DE Basanti[critically and commercially a world wide success]and Fanaa[critically so-so,commercially a world wide hit].Praise SRK as a fan,but stop hitting out at Aamir.I like both actors,but IMO SRK does have a big mouth and a cocky 'I'm the best' attitude along with a gift of the gab and an irreverant sense of humour.His comments on Aamir['he does not attend Indian awards,he only goes to the Oscars] were a bit too much.Aamir went to the prestigious Oscars as a prominent member of the Indian film industry,and also because the nominated film was his own production;he had every right to go where he was invited as a nominee;same at the recent BAFTA.Filmfare Awards have been around too for half a decade,but over the years their dignity has been eroded by their own campism.

Shah Rukh is a hard Nut to Break. I think he has made Enough Money and Now his Flops are going to start with KANK and KBC. A Person of his stature doing Commentary work in Awards show is a sheer Disguise.
Anyways, One more Observation is that the Filmfare awards looked more of a family affair to me. a. Amitabh hugging jaya and handing over the award. b. jaya speaking nice of Amitabh and hugging and speaking of her famiy and son-in law and would be daughter in law(aish) c. Aish giving the award to Abhishek(supporting actor) d. abhishek thanking ma and pa and aish.
Common guys whats going on, There are Deols, Khans, and also the Beautiful ladies vidya balan, Rani etc... could anyone speak for them too.

YES U R RIGHT I MEAN IT LOOKED LIKE THE BACHAN AND SRK SHOW. JAYA JI WAS TALKING LESS ABT HER WORK THAN HER WOULD BE DAUGHTER IN LAW AND HOW DIGNIFIED SHE IS AND FULL OF FAMILY VALUES.( SHE IS FORGETTING THE SAME ASH STOPPED SEEING HER OWN PARENTS FOR SALMAN KHAN AND HE WAS PRACTICALLY LIVING WITH ASH AT HER APARTMENT) ANYWAYS MRS BACHAN SPENT MORE TIME IN SINGING PRAISES OFR HER ANGEL ASH. AND THEN MR SRK I DUNNO WHAT HE WAS DOING. wats ur problem dude? if amitabh,jaya,abhishek nd ash r in the same family,is it their fault? why wont amiatabh hug jaya,he's her husband after all!!! everyone talks nice nd thanks their family. as for deols , khans ,vidya nd rani they dint win any awards this yr. so there it goes. as if rani doesnt thank her ma,pa, siblings, karan johar bhaiya nd yash uncle after winning awards .
I sat and counted how many hits shah rukh has..i ended up with the number between 9-14 how many hits amitabh has i ended up with 35-39..I saw filmfare and shah rukh did pass some rude comments on amir khan and big b ...he was acting like a joker..

I THINK IT IS NOT FAIR TO COMPARE SRK TO AMITABH AT ALL.AND I DON'T THINK SRK IS TRYING TO COMPETE WITH HIM. WE ALL ARE GETTING CARRIED OVER WITH THIS HYPE CREATED BY THE MEDIA . THERE IS THE MONEY FACTOR INVOLVED IN WHATEVER STARS DO THESE DAYS.SRK WAS PFFERED MORE MONEY AND FRANKLY I HAD STOPPED WATCHING KBC AFTER SOME TIME WHEN AMITABH JI WAS DOING THE SHOW. EVERY SHOW NEEDS A FRESHNESS IN IT SO THE KBS GUYS DECIDED TO GO FOR SOMONE YOUNGER TO BRING BACK THE YOUNGER AUDIENCES AND IT DID HAPPEN BUT COMPARING SRK WITH AMITABH. I KNOW FOR SURE SRK SOMETIMES GOES TOO FAR WITH HIS ARROGANT COMMENTS AND OVEREXPOSURE BUT HE IS OVERALL A GOOD ENTERTAINER AND PEOPLE STILL LOVE HIM . DOES NOT MEAN THAT HE IS IN ANYWAY TRYING TO TAKE PLACE OF THE BIG B. THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH SRK IS HIS ARROGANT NATURE. can you mention the rude remarks SRK made ? Because it seems I missed hearing those remarks.
There are shows like The Great Indian Comedy Show, and a puppet show on NDTV that ridicule everybody from film stars to politicians both domestic and international. Sometimes the jokes are really insulting but no body reacts. Shekhar Suman has joked so many times about Atal Bihar Vajpayee and other politicians and Amitabh Bacchan , SRK etc etc. Shekhar Suman was a flop here until he became star with movers and shakers on TV. Did anybody accuse him of acting proud or success going over his head? But when SRK joked then it became a national issue. The way SRK and Saif present Filmfare awards it is based on humor of a particular kind that involves cracking jokes and pulling legs.If AB presents it then it will be different because AB is a big star and such humour doesn't suite his personality. There is no point in comparing.

You are right...they say Srk is arrogant... he is rude he is this he is that ..obviously what he says matter to them as they make a federal case of it.If anyone else hosts that show it will be boooooooooooring. Trust me.Look what happened when Saif and Sonali Bendre hosted it one year, it sucked and was full of mistakes and bloopers. Shahrukh is sharp, extremely bright and witty and wisecracks come easily to him, as he knows those Bollywood crowd better. than anyone else as he has been the punching bag for years..Moreso all the organisers cannot be wrong because everyone in the business field wants him as he is sure to rake in the moolah for them. He is bankable in whatever he does.
c mon guyz.. relax .. itz time 2 laugh and enjoy .. we need entertainment.. thru some silly jokes or plain spontaneous funny remarks or reactionz ... everyone understandz tht.. if they do.. we shud just enjoy and not take it seriously man.. itz al humor and fun.. hello we require tht .. regardles no one is ridiculing anyones capability or credibility... itz just conduct and unadulterated fun guyz... whether itz srk or someone elz ..we also need genuine funny guyz... relax and concentrate constructively.. thz z too trivial..

Sab, Pl avoid writing on ciny stars .They have already spoilt TN state .Let them not spread their net elsewhere. Donot give such wide publicity and make them great.Pl reserve your column for serving some national cause.
