Needless to say the reviewer is surely related to someone hig up in Rediff an that is why keeps getting the job of reviewing movies.

Secondly is not Nadim Rizvi one of the people who was himself in Jail on account of some terrorism related charges?

Must we review the movies done by such criminals and give them publicity??

What, then, is wrong with even Abu Salem's movie being accepted by Salman and the websites giving it publicity????

I am lost a bit and have lost whatever little respect I had for your site.

Terrible review.
Dear Editor (if there is one at Rediff),
Please ban this writer from reviewing!
It is criminal to send some as clueless as this to review cinema. She wants good-looking people to be cast and story set in the upper middle class??
Please send her to write for Page 3, I'm sure she ll find herself at home.
One final request. Someone, please ask her to acquire or develop writing skills of some sort.
She is embarassing herself and Rediff writing sentences like "But audience wants a glamourous face" or phrases like "old haggard old man."

I absolutely agree to what is mentioned by Sudhish.

What does she mean that "who will go to watch Rajpal...".

He is one of the good actors around and has justified the role. Had it been Shahrukh or Hrithik or others, they would have dominated the character by their stardom image.

Ultimately, the review is pathetic to the core!!! but not the movie, which is worth a watch.

Regards
Mahamood

Intellect is always neglected???????????
by joy bhushan debnath on Feb 10, 2007 12:15 AM  | Hide replies

we the indian always adheres to the REEL world and admires the virtual beauty and glamour. We the people should decide the fate of a movie.Well i belive this movie has got a very limited audience but though it will leave deep impression on us.

The guy who doesnt knows about the meaning of intellect how come he reviews the movie.I strongly condemn his nonsense reviews. This guy thinks that -ve publicity of the movie will give him appreciation. I hope we people has prove it wrong

review of a review

Who has allowed this perticular review to go public?
Editor...where r u sir...?
It looks like the reviewerhas a some sort of a gruge on Rajpal Yadav..If he or she really knows what rajpaj or his acting is worth of.. she or he would not have dared to write these lines about him or his acting.
Writting a review is not a joke. Review writing requires indepth knowledge of the subject ur writing about.U have to have some sort of maturity in ur thinking and writing..
Plz do not make a fun of caliber u do not know of..

Patcy is a senseless duffer and have no idea of analyzing a movie and don't know anything about the audience.. And, wat does he mean by saying glamorous face? u need an actor to perform a star to shine??

I just don't understand that what Patcy thinks off while writing a review.. Do he want to be write a harsh review under the cover of honest feedback..? wat the hell?? These kind of reviews really stops the readers from watching such movies.. good or bad, you, Patcy - write the review with some sense in mind.. Duffers!!

Undoubtedly Khaled Mohammed. When he was an editor of Filmfare, he would trash every movie. When he wrote reviews in TOI, he would do the same. With this, when he himself made the movies and that too pathetic movies like 'Tehzeeb' and 'Silsilay' he could not stand criticism. He should see a film called Waqt for one dialogue - Jo log sheeshe ke gharon mein rehte hain woh doosron pe patthar nahin pheka karte.

Whta's up Patcy..
by kripa singh on Feb 09, 2007 10:27 PM

Guys the real problem with Patcy and Rajasen is that.... both of them, instead of reviewing a movie.. they present how individually they liked or disliked the movie... One more thing both needs lots of flowers since they are not feeling good... I want to say more... but I don't want to waste my time writing all the "GOOD!" stuff on these to brainless guys.

poor review
by Arun Ganesh on Feb 09, 2007 10:21 PM

this is an example of a very poor review. the reviewer needs to develop some writing skills, fast. The movie might be a failed attempt but nothing compares to this review when it comes to shoddy execution.

Please let me know:
1) Does anyone from Rediff Admin read our comments? If yes then obviously Patcy and that Blind and Deaf Rajasen should be out of their jobs by now.

and if not, then why do you ask us readers to waste our time and ask us to post replies. if you really care then surely you ought to answer my question. what say readers.
