AN was a disaster, doesn't matter weather the script was bad or good, no one bothered to go and see it, look at shit films like Welcome doing well, the hype arounds mads popularity is backwass by the media. The film was highly promoted, Mads went to all the top shows of India like KWK, KBC, NB to promote her film, yet the hype didn't work.
guys, I watched the movie already and I found that it has a very special touch of yash raj brilliant idea. who said that mads is not a good dancer, for me none of this time actresses could challenge her except for sri devi herself. if it's about her age, that is really stupid and ridiculous thought. why do someone judge the movie before even seeing it. if some of you said that bips or mallika sherawat movies are better, then it proves you are a sex maniac because they don't really act as well as those days actresses. it's just the exposure of their figure. other actors in the movie also was good. which idiot state that it has no storyline. watch it first and then you'll know that the storyline is about preserving arts and culture. if you still didn't get it, then I guess you should watch another movie. for me, mads is superb before and also at the moment. she danced better than karishma in dil to pagal hai and also better than aishwarya in devdas. she was even crowned as one of the most beautiful women in the world by a new york magazine. look, if you don't like her so be it...and there is no need of contributing your stupid critics. she did well in aaja nachle. to those who haven't watch the movie, i think you should, it is worth watching.
I don't agree with what most of the people r saying here. The movie was a very good one and pretty entertaining. Madhuri was as classy as ever. Her performance alongwith the other actors was great.
And whats this people keep saying about it not having a plot? what did u guys want? It was an entertainer with the Ajanta theatre serving as the plot for a musical show. Is that too hard to digest? WHy do you like movies such as Mr and Mrs Smith and think its great? Are those movies real or teaching someone anything? NO! they r just entertaining and dats all. The same goes for most of the movies being produced by Bollywood.What message did Bhool Bulaiyaa had to give? IF u r talking abt a plot then it had a stupid unbelieveable plot. So stop critisizing something just because u hear that it didnt go down well with the critics. Stop criticizing because everyone else is doing so.You dont like it? Fine. A lot of other people loved it.
Fine there were lil loopholes in the movie but then is there a movie which doesnt have them? The show at the end was a lil long but so what? u can watch a stupid fight sequence for 20 minutes and not tolerate a show that long?
Madhuri loooked absolutely gorgeous and danced to the title track really well and this is what we expected from her.It was a good entertaining movie for me.

ok so it didnt flop...but it was a trash movie...cant believe yash raj promoted the film.and saif..?rani..?when did they start sayin "yes" to such projects...and i dont know where these figures are from,but i rem seein the multiplex i went to bein occupied 25%.so please...
The Yash Raj banner thinks that people are fools and they will watch anything. Just look at these movies (Ta ra rum pum, JBJ, LCD & Aaja nachle) they had no story line and nothing.I just wonder how big stars like big B, Rani and others agree to work in such movies which has nothing but the name Yash Raj????

Idiot, this article is not from Raja Sen. How can you blameothers writings as your own eyes are not good enough...
Madhuri acted good in the film, the songs where great and her dance was outstanding, madhuri still looked young and beautiful she is very promising. The movie was ok, but it was slow and had a weak script. Yash raj does not seem to care about his film and production cause of his is production more films with less quality. he didnt do any effort for Madhuris Aaja Nachle, otherwise it could have done much better.
The weakest link in the film is the music of which, I had high expectations. Even the title song fails to strike the right chord. I believe it was a tactical error on the part of the Yashraj people to select Salim-Sulaiman, who are primarily known for their nippy, techno-based background scores, as the music directors for a film that thrives on the spirit of 'Indian-ness' and espouses our traditional ethos. That apart the movie is definitely watchable, though limited in its box-office appeal.
