the movie is not as good as it has been written, except for the star cast, and the costumes there is nothing impressive abt the movie.the story moves at a really slow pace.
This is another version of the Kannada hit Nagamandala which earned critical acclaim and was a commercial success too. For the hindi viewers movies like paheli may be something new, but for regional cinema like in kannada or any other south indian language, we see movies of better quality and so this may not offer much.
Also your reviewer is a little biased here. I have never read a more open invite to see a movie than this review. Would you recommend all movies like this even if their commercial success is limited but have great cinematic value? Or is it one off suggestion since Khan is the hero?
The review is very cool.......... I must say Rani is such a Mature Actress now after black, veer zara n many more.....Way to go Rani.....
There is no one can take place of Shahrukh Khan....
Well thats what i think about both of them
The movie is fairytale....I love the colours ....so many colours are there in movie ...from Rani dress to everthing is painted in rainbow..... Sk looks goooooood as he is......
please dont keep the audience in illusion by giving biosed views. i personally surprised by watching such a worthless movie by SRK. simply "A GOOD BAKWAS"
First, the review seems to be written by someone so besotted by Mr. SRK that he wants the reader to view the movie and watch SRK perform his renowned viewed-from-a-side emotional sequence. The movie has been shot beautifully and that is the only saving grace in the film. The story should not have been named Paheli but should have been called Ajooba Bhoot. The story is not a mystery but a misery stretching nearly three hours. The idea of a Ghost impregnating Rani is unbelieveable even on the most wild fantasies. without saying much about the movie itself i would say that this movie should be viewed only if someone has a liesurely three hours to sleep in the theatre.
