Latest published GDP growth data,after reorganization of the States, it reveals that the original BIMARU state, comprising - Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh has been revised. Now per capita income of last seven States are, Bihar($340), UP($488), Assam($574), MP($575), Jharkhand($649), Rajasthan($722), West Bengal($875).With this Rajasthan is just out side of the most poorest States on the basis of per capita income. The next richer State is West Bengal and difference is quite a lot. However the rule of Mamta Didi will definitely get highest aid from central Govt and will speed up its per capita income. What so ever credit if any, goes to good administration of Rajasthan state, not through the politicians but due to bureaucracy of the State, which is lesser corrupt and more result oriented. State of Gujrat has a similar culture as that of Rajasthan, but Gujrat is catching up with full dedication and determination. Agriculture and Horticulture is the field catching up fast in Gujrat. In the hottest climatic condition, they are growing mangoes, which no body can think. A peculiar mind set is there in Gujrati.They are harvesting rain water and charging the upper aquifer.With the capable political will, and directive from CMO, they had constructed 1000 number of small earthen bund through putting up 100-200 sand filled bags to obstruct smallest rivulets. They got the result with in a year, surface water table increased.Is Rajasthan have political will.

Look at Andaman Nicobar, the videshi seized our initiatives on tribals and are now slamming indians of spoiling Tribals by giving them biscuits like people do for dogs. So can they ban TATA or Arcelor Mittal ?
