Let corruption be a taxable income
by Rajendra Nayak on Jan 23, 2011 11:03 PM  | Hide replies

Declare corruption money as taxable and those who are paying money should be allowed to get tax deduction. Now also the IT act provides some money for promotion. Let us be practical about about this so called menace. The corruption should be taxed at 50% TDS. To stop corruption we have 101 agencies whose integrity are also questionable so corruption official and declare rates for each category.

AN OPEN LETTER TO OUR LEADERS.
by ramamoorthy ramamoorthy on Jan 23, 2011 09:17 PM

I fully agree with the views expressed by the leading personalities addressing the leaders of this country to the immediate problems of corruption and scams. There is no doubt that the corruption has now assumed all proportions and it is also widespread in all fields.
The govt. should have long back started actions to end the corruption. But due to the failure of the govt. to address the problem, it has assumed gigantic size now and even now if no remedial measures are taken it will become uncontrollable latter.

Where are you directing your Energies?
by Srinivasan Bhanuchandran on Jan 23, 2011 07:34 PM

Dear Guardian Angels, do you really have time to read the feedback you have got and promptly reply? Who are you pointing your letter at? Pl touch your hearts they are your own beneficiaries or benefactors. You have been favoured or you are favouring them day in and day out. Do you have the moral right to question them. However it does not matter as they are deaf to you as they are to the country. What is your purpose? to be heard on Times,NDTV with your glamorous vocabulary laced with shrewd sentences which would put you on safe pedestal so that you dont hurt them. You are all speaking from your cocoons well protected and invincible from the tyranny this nation is facing from its governors. Have you ever given a thought to come out and see how starvation(Malnutrition) due to inflation is going to deprieve 400 Million from food you eat? This apart have you dared to jump into the system of corruption(Politics for eg)and taken it head on? Gentlemen and Ladies your letter can be appreciated for its diplomacy, at the most directed to nobody. What we need is action at ground level. Correct yourselves, condition the politics and the government and make them accountable for your donations and taxes you pay without any extra policy favours and expectations from them. The Nation can correct by itself. SBC

Awake Up
by Vijay Mehta on Jan 23, 2011 07:21 PM  | Hide replies

Indians needs to awake up now. All true Indians irrespective of their religion, language, work, statetisms needs to come forward to fight for right law in India, How the Indians can expect for a right law from the politicians and buerocratsnot not having even a minute sign of honesty today. People need to understand and stop supporting the political parties and state, area politicians if they are not good. We need to support the law which is good for every Indian and good for the growth of country. I am sure whatever the law these leaders will make will not burn them. First of all do have capability to think on national level to make such a decision. Most of our leaders are incompetent to lead our country. How can we expect for a good law from them. Secondly whatever the crap thay will make, they get it passed in the parliament.
This law shouls not be only passed in Parliament but also should have public consent through out the country.

If we Indians had voted properly in the previous election this national shame wouldn 't have happened. The powerful weapon that a common man has is his vote. If we excersise it properly things like this will not happen. People attach themselves personally to the party they vote. Lot of people in india traditionally vote for congress no matter what congress does. People should not feel bad if they need to change their vote to a different party. Remember, when you punish(vote against) a party, it also sends a warning to the other party that they will face the same consequence if they too ignore.

Best Solution
by vishal srivastava on Jan 23, 2011 07:09 PM  | Hide replies

It is figured out that more than 80% Indians are corrupt, only their level of corruption varies. This is a drastic situation for those who are not corrupt. So now they have two choices:
1. Finish corruption anyhow.
2. Become corrupt themselves.

The first possibility is only possible through a complete revolution in current Indian scenario, which is impossible because corrupt people are dominating or they have powers of every kind.
So the second solution is merge with them and the problem will vanish.
So only second solution seems feasible for us.
