Raol Gandhi and Priyanka Robert should be taxed hevily. From where Raol Gandhi gets the money to travel new city every two days on the name of Dalit Tourism. He always travel in chartered planes and best luxaries cars with thousands of security guards. Who is paying for all these expenses. How Priyanka is maintaining her lavish status when Shiela Dixit says that Nehru clan is so honest and non corrupt that they can't even afford a Nano car.

I think Rahul, Priyanka and other such people will soon settle abroad, when the Congress loses coming elections and ones thereafter for atleast 25 years. Then we shall be rid of these people.

Sir, why not make the PM pay very, very heavy taxes from his own earnings as well as from all those whom he has passively and actively helped commit huge scams, and wing billions. Isn`t he a good source for taxes for India`s exchequer?
The existing income tax rules are extremely irrelevant to the national condition. The salaried people are the only guys who pay their taxes properly and fully and end of the month have very little to manage everything of household. Be it millions of government employees or MNC salaried staffs, all of them have to pay lots of taxes, while businessmen, bosses of business houses, entrepreneurs and business dependent people who exisit in millions int his country are evading taxes on their will. They need to be monitored and heavy taxes should be put on htem and taxes on salaried class should be eased. Just see how much black money these guys have collected, which could feed entire India for 30 years! Government MUST MUST change Taxation rules and give respite to salaried community, only who, pays and are forced to pay every penny in tax every month while those big earners easily evade or settle with meagure taxes. Already public is not happy with the peanut saving they are having in this time of continual increase in cost of living.

agree with u. The Indians have a mentality to curse the rich for every problem they have. Without Ambanis, Tata's and Birlas what would have happened to our talented people who cannot get govt jobs because of quota and reservations

Without being a communist and actually hating it after a thorough study of dialectic materialism, I still feel that without creating any Ambanis, Tatas,Mittals, etc. it has become possible for China to beat this country and the world in its growth. The Reason??? The fear of law, right or wrong but the fear of the law. No mercy for crime, corruption, laziness, forced work, and on the other hand guaranteed food, shelter, medical help, care for children etc. etc. It is this fear that has inculcated the sense of discipline, which, ala, India will never, never have. We already have no fear of God, and no fear of law also.

Bloody idiot..listen..have you ever though how they become rich beyond the limit? Not by paying tax but by evading actual tax. They are the biggest theives who are sucking the blood and sweat of common people. They should be truthful in paying their part of tax. Take Delhi. Almost every businessman from chutbhaiyya to bigger one, evades taxe, income tax or sales tax, they are chor-no-1. Even if you buy medicines or buy a sofa of 12,000 they don't want to show it on papers. There are many companies who don't run pension schemes for their employees or provident funds. Is not this a big crime? I nation where every one is working, such a huge imbalance in distribution of money means rich peoples are corrupt and thieves who are stealing shares of others. Got it? clean your dirty brain and don;t get upset when you are called for what you are actually.
Only 1% of 16L Cr will be 16k Crand Not 0.1%. Also, if 16L Cr is 1.6 Trillion, then 16K Cr can't be 160 Billion. That will be 10% not 0.1%. Do the mathematics correct.
No point in paying higher tax. You can't penalise a rich person for earning more than others. However, he must pay for higher consumption. Some form of consumption tax, maybe 5% of his earnings must be levied. That is morally and economically justified.

No sops of any kind. Sops are given to give benefits which they don't deserve. Open all areas of investment to private sector and let market forces decide where they want to invest. Artificial propping up a sector or area is not economically sound.
Question is who pays tax? How many percentage of people pay tax? Why to increase burden on the people who already pay tax? As per my understanding only 4% people in India pay tax. Remove all the tax sops like HRA, Housing loan , Medical insurance etc. and reduce the tax burden. This will reduce the fake bills and all the intelligent methods of evading tax. Make the tax laws simple and effective.
Why one should pay Income Tax, to feed poors-their number have gone 10 times in last 60 years. To Feed rick SC/ST/backward etc., as no new needy is getting jobs only sons and grandsons of earlier beneficiaries are taking advantage To feed corrupt officials/politicians who are sucking our blood. Income tax a dacoity on tax payers as it does not give even social recongnition anywhere.
first get the looted cash stashed abroad home and confiscate the whole amount.dont think this can ever happen with the main thieves being the real decision makers.
