This survey surely is better value than ongoing Match Fixing one in England , why blame poor players when DQ themselves is going around publishing such list .
Let us prepare the list. Some of the good companies that I know - Google NetApp Computer Associates VMWare IBM Microsoft HP Qualcom SAPLabs CSC Bank of America Wells Fargo Yahoo Infosys DeShaw Amazon Symantic I am sure ittraction in google and Netapp will be less than TCS.

dude no doubt these are the best companies, but here v r talkin abt IT companies specificaly some of them are not there.
This is some joke. Most of the firms seem to be start ups or worse and not many have heard of them. The employee strength is less than a couple hundred. And PCS is in top 20? Wonder how much they paid to get listed??

it is not required that you must know all the companies in IT and after that they eligible for best employer
On looking data by any software professional can tell data is not correct. Data Quest is going to loose its brand value . How come TCS is top . Employee satisfaction is nil except who are at onsite, infrastructure sucks, trainings quality is nil, human resource mangers don’t know basics, as of now attrition rate is too high, policies are not transparent, no exposure to outside what person is doing, limited access to learn new, no roles as per candidate’s experience, no flexible working hours, no team outings or building activities, etc. this list is endless, Salary is very less comparatively. I can tell more as TCSer. Right now CTS is better compared to TCS which is not in list which is surprising.

It is very very surprising... In TCS only people who r happy are ones who r onsite and they never want to come back...And I have not seen anybody working so hard to look busy as the managers in TCS.. LOLzz :P thank God i left them ...

HCL Technologies is misusing employees. Thier Deployment policy sucks employees. 25 to 45% of employees salary is deducted by keeping them on bench
I am kind of habituated with rediff by reading this kind of joke like best 20 IT employer list or so.....This is totally rubbis list..some of the Guys joined with me from TCS and they say that TCS is totally utter waste company to work..TCS sucks the employees......I am wondering why Rediff did not produce a list of top 20 IT paymaster companies and I m sure the company (Ness Technologies) for which I work would be in top 20.

Ness is an Israeli company! And it is too small to be surveyed for employee satisfaction. Even the Chaye wala at Dalal street has more employees than Ness! huh...

Mr Anant Sethi, Ness Technologies is a small company but still maintains revenues more than companies like Patni and etc....And when it comes to Paymaster list..I beleive none of the company is there infront of Ness Technologies in rediff's list..

cwg effect ...everywhere false information ...TCS surely cant be on top..My some of TCS friends have left it recently citing no prospect there....and where is infosys, CTS etc??
