Not only TCS. There is long list IBM, Wipro, Infosys, tech mahindra, Capgemini,..... If you are not technical guy (don't have B.Tech, M.tech) then all these companies are great for you.. If you have no knowledge about retaining people and have no management skill then all these companies r best for you.... otherwise go for yahoo, Google, ML, BOfA, HSBC...

Where is Google, Intel etc? May be many product companies didn't participate in the survey. There should be a separate list for product companies and consulting companies, because parameters vary a lot. Also surprised to see Citrix,a good product company, in the list.

I agree. Also, anyone in the US who produces and exports to India something which is also locally made in India, should also be called a thief of Indian jobs. Japanese car-makers should be called thieves of American car industry jobs. Eventually we will all be thieves and the chaturta of the chatur naar will be there for all to see !
I was amazed to see Tulip in 9th position. The company does not the value of retention. Politics in branch office is ignored vastly.Oiling of seniors is prime KRA business comes in second spot. Old garbages of the industry is filled in branch office especially in east. Now the team leader has been changed it will be overcomed. CMD is not aware of all these at all
