Don't take it seriously. No IBM, Wipro, HP, Accenture, Infosys, Google, Yahoo etc. If these companies are not considered Indian then why Unisys, L&T are in the list?

mmm... may be they didn't make it to the top 20 best employers? Rediff or Dataquest didn't come up with this list. This is a result of a survey among IT professionals. Just because Infosys or TCS have huge revenues or a large employee count, it does not guarantee a place in the merit list of best employers, as seen from the employees' perspective.

I guess TCS had most number of people sitting on the bench and they had ample time to reply to Survey and TCS made to the top of list :)

infosys is not anymore the one it used to be...talk to your friends working in infosys now and compare that with them who used to work in last decade...things change...new companies come up...

"Eventhough the changed the name from mindtree consultancy to mindtree ltd, the still have the same mentality, above all its disgusting to even talk about the salary package, variable pays and appraisal. The use spastics society to cheat clients and employees and to hide their dirt. high corrupt and incapable managers at all levels. people function is absolute puppet and called supporting function."
