This is about best work environment that companies provide to employees and infy, wipro are not among that definately

not really - for example, I joined Wipro from one MNC - they offered 40% higher salary (because they need people!!) but then also, work environment was so pathetic that I left and joined back my old company in 2 months - even at old salary.

I think this about how much each of them bid high to get the top rank. The more you paid the higher is your ranking
Dear friends,i believe these surveys dont make any sense and are purely based on manipulation as i work for one of the companies appered in the list we never got any mails for voting or nominating our company .Without voting system surveys make no sense
HCL Technologies Ltd Deployment policy screws employees. 25 to 45% of employees salary is deducted mercilessly by keeping them on bench for a week time.

IT is not ONLY ABT INFOSYS/WIPRO there are lot of good companies other than this

IT truly sucks .............. Recruit freshers make them work like dogs & dont pay them & please them with some meal passes

True! in terms of work environment infosys is not that good, It forces employees to give 9.25 hours daily (evaluate on quaterly bases), whether u have work or not by first punch in and last punch out....and many more rules So surely this is not a good working environment
