Looks like the list is not made on the actual perception of IT employees. Google is indeed on the top of any IT professional's mind. But TCS or Unisys would never. Accenture or microsoft should be in the list too. Ask any IT professional...would they prefer Accenture or TCS. The answer is obvious. So this list is thrash. dont deserve a second look

i think they didn't consider the MNCs..thats why accenture, hp, google, dell is not considered...but then i don't know how to explain capgemini
TCS at No1??! There are lot of TCS guys who themselves say that its not the ideal palce to work. And i see a lot of new companies like Rolta,infinite,SAS which I am hearing for the first time. I am surprised not to see Mahindra satyam in the list, as its got really good employee policies, and its now a great company after all the problems of 2008. Wonder why the medias blue eyed boy,Infosys, is not there on the list.
TCS, best IT employer, are you kidding me ? Talk to TCS employees in India and overseas and then you would know how good an employer TCS is. I am referring to compensation and quality of work. TCS is cheap body shopper and known for playing cheap with employees :)

fortunatly, I never applied at TCS so there is no question of being rejected. I guess people cannot digest the reality. Sorry, if it hurts your feelings, but this is the truth !!

All Indian IT firms r cheap body shoppers they dont even pay you even1/10 of what they charger from their clients. Make you work for long hours & have ridiculous employee related policies.
