i am not very much aware about the statistics but came to know from different article that.. there r some trics which help u to create the outcome at ur own favor............ and i hope this is is not the such kind of article.... based on this hope i have some doubt that we r talking in terms of growth rate we will be at top but what is the out come till we r lagging in terms of total economy...... & what ever value is diplayed is it effect all the citizns of India or it will be in hand of some capitatlist/industrialist and we will move up interms of volume economy but no/little impact on socio economy as we r seeing today. we like to dream good but that is the different world when u r speaking something thorough article.. it is better to clarify/mention the real truth not just spread the feel good factor among the "AAM ADMI"
You are right After 60 years, Indian public is still uncivilized, Unmannered used cheap language against there PM or everyone. Even opposition parties like BJP, CPIM etc think against India progress they only think about them self and how to pull lags of ruling party.

You must remember the history, Pre independence, India was not single country, after independence, integrated all races and divided as states and formed a country.
Don't expect people to behave like western people.
It is the government duty to control people, implement strict laws and not based races or caste system.
If governement can not provide the needs of the people, then don't expect them behave like you
Go to villages and slums in metros before writing such articles. The socalled wriiters dont know what is happening to the poor. They live luxury aprtments and write this shit.

you are exactly correct. Those whoever write these kind of bullshit artciles are good for nothing; bcoz they are living in the luxury houses in metro cities and using laptop to write whatever they want. But the reality is exactly opposite; just go to any village in India and we could see the reality there, no roads, no transportation, no good hospitals, no water, no drainage, no toilets, no electricity, no telephones, no food, etc, These writers are just cheating the people ony for just earning money from the media.

you can not count the first 40 years. It is only after reforms that we started growing at 6-9%.

currency devaluation can not make a real differnce. Do you think that rich countries are kind to us and not revaluing their currrency. if that is the case they are the first to do it.
On 2nd April, Air India's flight from Kolkata to Singapore was almost ten hours late. And the people of India will invest Rs 12,000 crores to revive this pathetic organisation. This is how we will reign supreme in the 21st century.

sorry to know your pain, but there are 2 factors here. 'Kolkata' is more important factor than 'Air India' in this case. Work culture is completely ruined.
The world’s economic balance of power is shifting rapidly. China remains on a path to overtake the United States as the world’s largest economic power within a generation, and India will join both as a global leader by mid-century
Not only India's century , these coming years will see a tectonic power shift from the west to the east , lead by China, India and South East Asia. Books like Asian hemisphere by Kishore Mahbhubani and Jaques Martin about China's rising power, will see a totally different world order than we are used to in last century. We can already see, through anecdotal evidence that a middle class family lives much more comfortable and less austere life in countries like China and India, compared to a middle income earner in any western countries which is rotting morally and financially with passing year. I am writing a book on this comparision, through a empirical research to argue my point.Any suggestion will be helpful at alby100@rediffmail.com. Jai Hind.
