Generation lost
by tls mani on Jun 15, 2010 02:53 PM

The generation that belonged to the stupid socialist era has lost their time and enery in
ques for Ration, Milk, cooking gas, Keorosene,
Birth certificates and attestations and other
miseries of Nehrus socialism and furthur continues by his daughter in the form of licence permit Raj. We were a beggar nation
depening on wheat arrival from US for our daily
gruel. Like TATA everyone from those Millions feel they should have been born today instead of the Socialist begging India that was during
the chacha's and his daugters sychophant regime

Rather they are of progressive thinking & respected the modern education & not barring their females of their family to pursue main stream education.
Even Hindus prohibited education to females, well thankfully thats not prevailing these days.

Pls protect common man while doing business

TATA,
Recently you told that Dow chemicals not responsible for cleanup of the waste, which might cost Rs2000 crores as put by experts. You say indian indstries should cleanup, what is the logic behind this? why cant you cleanup if that is the case?
If the disaster happened in US/UK, do you think the same concession was given to Dow chemicals, just becoz dow chemicals bought over union carbide, does not mean that liablities are thrown away.
Business people have major responsiblities, becoz they are the ones who use most of the natural resources and make money.

Instill sense of responsibility and set direction
by Puvvada Sekar on Jun 15, 2010 01:05 PM

With due respect to Shri RD Tataji, having achieved what Tata's of today are, it will be highly befitting and appreciable for Passionate Tataji to instill strong sense of responsibility and passion for the country, its values, culture and set direction for the GenNext to ensure and help in making the India and in particular earth more safe place, ecologically, environmentally, spiritually, socially and economically by transforming and inculcating ethical value systems and best business practices.
Things of this magnitude can be driven by stalwarts of stature like Tataji's, Narayan moorthyji's, etc.

Try to grow great heights spiritually, socially and economically while preserving the nature and mother earth.

Save earth and give our next generation a safe and healthy earth for them to enjoy.

Cheers.

Do you think Maharastra is achieving this target itself. The answer is surely no, Its the outsider people who makes this dream alive. Whether you believe or not 80% of mumbaiers are outsiders and 99% of Bollywood Actors are outsider. Do you want to keep them out of state. If yes, the day is not far when you will be one of that "CATTLE CLASS" states begging for donations.

What GenNext wants from Ratan Tata
by Virendra Singh on Jun 14, 2010 11:47 AM  | Hide replies

1) Remove the 55 year old guys who manage the corporate R&D departments. A 55 year old is as good as dead for R&D.
2) Start paying your young employees enought to rent a home and feed their famly (without asking their dads for extra funds)
3) When you speak big words, think about the phrase - Walk the talk
4) Next time you want to work for Indians, do that while living in India

2. Young people will never find it enough..

What we want
by Victorian on Jun 14, 2010 07:46 AM  | Hide replies

The Gennext want Ratan Tata to build a new car running on hybrid tech of electricity and oil. That will be the most efficient car but also must come cheaper. It must be in the 3 lakh slot. It can be a modified Indica. But we want it. So that the nation can bring down the pollution and oil consumption and progress forward. Hybrid because we can run it on oil as well as electricity and that too efficiently. Ratan Tata we are waiting.

Not only car's. If Tata can master such a technology which is cost effective and simple. That can be fitted onto all brands of Tata vehicles and will benfit the customers the most.

It's a huge benifit for the nation. Think about it. We don't have to depend on oil all times. Also we can run on oil when it's cheaply available but with good efficiency. Please help the nation in this regard.

Let them first build a car which does not catch fire, which does not breakdown once in every six months, which has good post sales service, etc. Then you talk about hybrid car.
