There are two main reason of Corruption in India 1. The Salary of the most of the employee in Government and public Sector is not sufficient to meet out the necessary day to day expenses like fooding, rent, education, transport and other expenses due to high market rate of common commodities, as well as long term expenses like Mairrage of children, construction of house, heavy medical expenses and other retirement needs. 2. Poeple are anxious to become more wealthy due to future uncertainity like uncertainity of Job, unsecurity of life etc so each one needs to accumulate more and more wealth.
If Government think about provid following to each employee then corruption can be reduced to a large scale :- 1. Each Employee should be ensured to get a house after retirement so that they need not to worry about construction of house. 2. Total cost of children education and marraige should be born by government. 3. All medical needs even in private hospital should be born by government. 4. Retirement salary should be equal to pay at the time of retirrement 5. The salary structure should be improved so that a person can live a healthy life without worrying about the expenses. 6. Each employee should be provided a private vehicle by governemtn and cost of fuel should also be rembursed 7. Income tax should be levied only on the net saving by the employee not on the total Income 80 % of which is already expendited by teh employee for day to day expenses.
In India corruption prevails at private aswell as public sector. Ofcourse in Government and Public sector it is a chain activity and most of the officials are corrupt because of their top level management.Electons are performed with huge amount of money spending by each party, and in the next level buying the MLAs or MPs very huge money is spent. To manage this the political partys go for corruption and to improve their standard of living politicians go for corruption as per their desire.The govt is corrupt both at national and International level. In private/corporate level, the management plans to corrupt others to procure business, and to manage and survive as this the order of the day. So for all these things personal discipline is very much needed and we need a very good disciplined leader as roll model and to show the people a corruptless goverment/corporate can survive.
Let's understand the reason for undertaking the study . The reason seems to find out the gravity of greed as exhibited in satyam case . There is nothing new because power makes a men corrupt in thinking and rest all is story .
Today need is to give better conditions to our countrymen and progress in the direction of weed out evils in the society.
Corruption is nothing a mindset and it can be uprooted by taking it by horn.
Devise the strategy and plan the area which needs more transperancy . It is a futile excercise to play blame game . Rise above I & ME play a game of our .
