All Indians are corrupt irrespective of religion, region, language, caste, creed, gender, etc. At least we are all think alike on one aspect. Thanks for this unifying factor.

The people in general are RESPONSIBLE for the widespread corruption. People believe work either CANNOT be get completed without it OR they feel the deaLing OFFICER and THOSE ABOVE deserve EXTRA payment!!!

All through Indian history we find great patriaots, no body dicusses of traitors, its silent. India was always conquered by allein nations with the help of traitors, corruption was the root cause. There is nothing new in it
