3 simple ways to reduce corroption..
by kamal bapatla on Jan 26, 2010 05:45 AM  | Hide replies

1. Have a fixed retirement age for all politicians 65yrs say ( as all govt employees generally will have 60yrs ) as this will push more youngsters and will slowly eradicate dynasty politics.
2. Make all services computerized with stipulated time frames to accomplish each service.(like house registration etc)
3.make voting compulsory through out india as this will reduce castism, support for perticular groups etc and make all political parties to be national so that if they dont get more than 5% votes in any state their party cannot exist.

Legalisation of curruption
by kandukuri vijay on Jan 26, 2010 04:06 AM  | Hide replies

Today,It is an undeniable fact that curruption is rampant in all forms of our life..It has touched at all levels and spheres .The one who was considered sincere remains a rarity..The society believes in buying out people in various forms..for some it is money and for others it is kind..Each person tries to justify that it is because of the other person..but how long can this go onn and onn..The nation would come to a standstill with aghast agony and it may start collapsing very soon...The writing is clear on the wall..Some body on the top very top should come out with a clean gutsy effort to set the things rolling in the right direction but who would do it..The politicians..opportunistic business clan..or the real estate mafia..or the judiciary...or already rotten executive wing..Even in private sector no company is clean..payment of bribe is legalised in balance sheets of the firms..I can say govt.cos.are slightly better off in these aspect ,as they have a arm twisting wing, gaurding them .but never punishing the people...Can some body offer a solution to this dangerous disease, though it is too late..

I beleif is that the corruption exists in our own family. When you're family is of more than two siblings, they always think of how they can get bigger share than the others of their parents property.

There is no direct solution to this. The only solution is try to imbibe good social values in our own children right from the beginning, via a good family life.

Main reason of Corruption
by SGR CONSULTANTS on Jan 25, 2010 11:00 PM  | Hide replies

There are two main reason of Corruption in India
1. The Salary of the most of the employee in Government and public Sector is not sufficient to meet out the necessary day to day expenses like food, rent, education, transport and other expenses due to high market rate of common commodities, as well as long term expenses like Marriage of children, construction of house, heavy medical expenses and other retirement needs.
2. People are anxious to become more wealthy due to future uncertainty like uncertainty of Job, insecurity of life etc so each one needs to accumulate more and more wealth.
If Government think about providing following to each employee then corruption can be reduced to a large scale :-
1. Each Employee should be ensured to get a house after retirement so that they need not to worry about construction of house.
2. Total cost of children education and marriage should be born by government.
3. All medical needs even in private hospital should be born by government.
4. Retirement salary should be equal to pay at the time of retirement
5. The salary structure should be improved so that a person can live a healthy life without worrying about the expenses.
6. Each employee should be provided a private vehicle by government and cost of fuel should also be reimbursed
7. Income tax should be levied only on the net saving by the employee not on the total Income 80 % of which is already expedited by the employee for day to day expenses.

We are living in a vicious world. If we get all these there are others problems that are bound to come.

For e.g

People will start producing more and more children. As they are knowing that if their children are deprived of any amenities, they will blame government and not them

so why opt for govt job?
GO in pvt Job
Educated ppl like you should think of getting people employed and for urself you should think of becoming employer and turn the tables of fortune for urself.

If you do not have the guts to survive it is better you should not think of amenities and also do not think big, just think for daily food.
Have ur wife married to you or the country?
Are you producing children for the country ? No NEED to do so, if you have given birth to children dare to bring up the child.

After looking at such thoughts I feel that we INDIANS are better be SLAVES than anything else.

Also looking to your views it looks that you urself are govt employee and taking hefty amount under the table.

What is INSECURITY?
House? Bringing up the children, education, marriage etc.

If you cannot earn enough for urself

Better dont marry

Dont dare for amenities and facilities

Only thing a person requires is food for survival and which the govt provides at very cheap rates to person who donot earn enough

People sleeping on footpath are better than ppl who work in govt!

Evasion of corruption is not at all easy or rather say impossible as long as the thieves, murderes, rapist are going to be CM, MP, MLA etc.

To get them out is not easy because it will require legislation and who is going to bring this, the person who are corrupt, murderer, rapist etc

This country is going to hell

we should follow chanakya niti on which country to live in.
