Airlines are not at fault. They have collect the Rs.15 crores that Ratan Tata referred to, if they want to continue to do business.

we should not travel one day in month and make it as protest day
shorter distance we should travel by A/C chair car
only when the traffic falls they will realise the travelers problem

DOES HONB'L MINISTER KNOW HIS JOB WELL?IS HE DOING A SERVICE FOR THE CUSTOMER OR THE AIRLINES?IN THE NAME OF REGULATION IF KOLKATA DELHI BECOMES 40000. rS.36000 MORE THAN THE CURRENT LEVEL DEFINITELY HE UNDERSTANDS HIS JOB BEST . dont worry man, if the airlines charges such huge fares, automatically the passenger load factor will reduce. As a result of shrunk in demand, automatically prices will fall. Nowadays business travel has increased because of less airfares, however the same will also fall and people will resort to video conferencing.

The flights were the only area where the Govt had not shown its utter failure in containing prices, after food grains, vegetables and every other item of daily consumption. Now the circle of failure is complete.

look at local american airlines, its cheap.
Air travel is made much more affordable to everyman and we in india do exactly the opposite.
It will be a nightmare for airlines to attract ppl for sure..
am damm sure more than 60% ppl will backoff...

Yes.In states I was told it is cheaper to fly than to travel by train from Detroit to D.C.But now I am in India."Mera Bharath Mahan".
