Most of the citizens in india, an aam adami will react strongly to this payrise. after reading some of the strong reactions almost most of the people will agree with their views. There must be a system to check the performance and efficiency of the govt. employees. But offcourse not by superiors in the department but GOVERNMENT SHOULD FORM A SEPARATE CITIZENS FORUM FOR THIS TO ASSESS THE PERFORMANCE TO INCREASE TRANSPERANCY. If superiors will be performance judges then corruption will increase only nothing else it will be in-department corruption..... Great Indian Democracy

Pay hike to Govt. employees
According to the Government sources about 54 Lac Central Government Employees will be benefited by the pay hike. Does the Government and the politicians who shed crocodile tears for the poor ever think about the hapless employees serving in Private Sector, some of whom even don't get a four figure salary in a month. It is not necessary that all the Government employees got their job out of merit or calibre and all those who are working in private sector are fools. Our constitution guarantees equality to every citizen but when the question of salary comes there is huge dispartity between Government employees and private sector employees. It may be true that some higher level professionally qualified persons in reputed Private Sector Companies may be drawing huge salaries but on an average the employees of private companies are low paid. Above all employees of both sectors have to purchase their daily necessities from the same market irrespective of their income and status. Ultimately a section of the society will become richer and the remaining will go poorer in days to come. It is happening because of our great democracy.
Rightly said , wages were given keeping in view the wages of 5% of total workforce serving in Pvt companies.
1. Pvt sector employees does not enjoy the services from Peon /Steno etc. 2. Are more computer savy 3. Work for three addition hours on a average on daily basis. 4. Enjoy only 10 HOLIDAYS in Total compared to more than 30 for Govt. Employees. 5. No Penssion Benefit. 6. 20% OF THE SALARY COMES as Performance Linked Incentives.
7. Stay in Metros thus Pay more House Rent .
& Where is aam AADMI .... Apart from 10 Lacs of [Pvt sector Employees and 50 Lacs of Govt Employees from Centre / 1.4 crore from States who else is paid as GOOD .
A total of 2crore employees x5 ( Approx) i.e 10 Crore of Total population is enjoying. Whereas 22 crores are Below Poverty Line.
Pay hike in 6th pay commission is much more hyped than ground realty,for a middle level employee,after taking out tax liability increase,hike wont be more than 10% ex For an employee drawing Rs15000-/- pm hike would be around Rs1500-2000 -/-pm.
PL NOTE THAT GOVERNMENT IS GETTING BENEFICT BY HIKING THE SALARY OF GOVT EMPLOYEES. BECOZ, 30% OF IT GOES AS INCOME TAX. 10% GOES AGAIN AS PROVIDENT FUND (GOVT GETS A VERY CHEAP LOAN FROM GOVT EMPLOYEES) CONSIDERING THE INFLATION THE HIKE HARDLY MATTERS. PL ALSO NOTE THAT MIDDLE CLASS AND POOR PEOPLE ARE WORKING FOR GOVERNMENT AS SLAVES IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY.

Govt. employees hardly does any work. Most of the public place particularly in revenue dept, the employees don't work without any bribe.

Govt. servants are masters of public, they are very well paid, look in the society, majority of flats/plots/houses are owned by them only. They are guaranteed for their medical and pension till death. They are paid 4-5 times comparing to private sector(barring 1%)without any accountability. They all deserve Padmashree/Bhushan etc.,etc.,Most brave people in the society.
India is hell bent due to sheer negligence by our beurocrats in top level. These suit clad people, wearing tie look very gentle but they are rawdy, corrupt, lazy(kamchor), thugs. Do you all know....maximum of top beurocrats make tour to USA, UK, Germany etc in order to learn new programme so that these could be implemented in our country but what they do...these blood suckers do sightseeing...enjoy the priveledge of five star hotels...and come back home claiming some fake bills to govt. fund. Very few people know that all kind of corruption is done by top beurocrats....instead people use to think politicians are to be blamed for corruption... But in fact..what happens..the beurocrats do scam...make crores of money by corruption....when it gets exposed by some honest one...then these beurocrats approach politicians to take shelter. Then the poiliticians, the foolish who does not know how to read file, makes money by sharing in the earnings by the beurocrats... This is the nexus going on.... Very unfortunate condition prevails in India: on one hand the pseudo educated top beurocrats are blood suckers and on the other hand indin democracy generate foolish landgrabbers, goonda, mafia people as rulers.
The goverment employees are always work on the issue for which they are paid down the table. salary is only to come to the office, due to rise in salary thier expectation of down table money will also going to increase upto 42%

salary to hamara jobsidhh adhikar, marte dum tak milege haan kucch karna hai to ooper ki kamai se agar usme increase nahi hua to kya fayada
