What a joke? Government employeesb are known as SARKARI DAMAD . So has any parant a dare to ask his DAMAD that's what is his output. This is all vote bank politic's and played by keeping eye on forth comming election. Govt is least bothered abt the effects on inflation due to this decision.

In Pvt Sector, if you dont perform as per the job requirements you are kicked out, a person cannot just float in the system and draw on-the-job-pension. If you are unaware of how the economics work in pvt sector perhaps you need a lesson or two on that subject.

what can expect from a party which literally gave no respect to the constitutional position called Primeminister. they have masterminded to send Sonia to China olampics where as all other countries has sent their state heads. Sonia as per protocal could not jointhe other state heads stayed there as a guest. What a shame !!! so called media is also keeping mum on this issue. Shame on Mr kalmadi and his crooked group who has played this dirty game just for the sake of pleasing Sonia. Dear madam Soniaji.... where is your inner voice???? I'm not a great fan of Sonia or Congress party. But the fact is it's the olympic organisers who decided to invite Sonia ahead of Manmohan Singh. Even these guys know it's Sonia who is the real PM and Mr. Singh is just a puppet.

Manmohan singhs recent visit to china & his strong position on contrversial tawang region in arunachal is the primary reason for calling sonia & not Manmohan. you fools when will you understand the politics.our pm is not puppet he is the boss & sonia is puppet used to fool indians that they are safe under gandhis rule& our illiterate&blind indians vote for wrong government for there foolish fantasies.

Mangesh, you seem to be living in fool paradise. If Manmohan Singh has raised Arunachal issue, do u thing that's without Sonia's permission. No one will vote Manmohan Congress without Gandhis. That's a tragedy but the truth. Even then you think Manmohan is real PM, not Sonia. I do not know who has provided such topic regarding employee output. Let them answer me what is out of central/state ministers in each department what is the output of bureaucrats. I agree some bureaucrats & ministers are working very honestly state & centre but majority of enjoying the benefits on the cost of central /state exchequer. At this stage how you have control the down the people. In fact in india most of the state/central ministers are not knowing the subject knowledge, whatever bureaucrat says they are agreeing if applause came from public & media immediate minister will catch the credit but criticism came it will immediate pass on to bureaucrat /technocrat. This is going for the last 60 years and we people are like buffalo’s and whatever they are saying we are simply agreeing or disagree but again they will come to power just like increase our salaries/ increase of Dearness allowance/bonus etc and we keep silent with penny gift. This is vote politics. Please note just 4-5 months remain for general election how marvelously they have released the new wage revision that also w.e.f 1.1.2006 and all the central government service class people mind have only when we are getting arrears and other benefits and finally they will vote for HAND sign [Congress party]. If you look into depth please see if they are not increasing the price rise than it is ok new wage otherwise there is no meaning if price rise will reach sky level.

oneway the passage may looks right but while we approach the administration first of all we have tothink of our political leaders and those like Sohrans and their followers the trade union leaders and what happening in transferand posting of dedicated employees - for an example i would like to make all of you to notice that I have watched in TV the distribution of Rewards on Independance day NONE OF THOSE SELECTED FOR THE REWARDS (POLICE) FROM PRESIDENT ARE POSTED TO THE KEYPOSTS instead of that they are posted to some other posts like the MD of some small companies for IPS holders etc... Onthistime those currupted ones arealways get good posting and everything in front of them this may leads them also to the wrong way Similarly while we are thinking of returns All the employees may look on the leaders and legislatures they easily increase their remunerations when they wants. Before thinking of returns we have to take strong action against those currupted ones by forgetting their political side and try to give placements to those prove their efficiency
Targeting victory, govt playing following games at the cost of middle-class and poor citizens:
- To get votes from agriculture class, waive off their loan. - To get minority votes, increase reservation quota and fomenting terrorism. - To get govt employees' vote revise pay commission with retrospective effect.
